Don't delay do this today! I've been doing it for 3 weeks now and feel AMAZING, i don't have a double chin anymore, no fat on the tops of my inner thigh and I've lost 5 inches! it makes you feel FAB for the rest of the day if you do it 1st thing in the morning. Thanks a million Lucy 😍

This is the first real workout I did when I started trying to lose weight last year. I was completely out of shape and around 178 pounds. I had to pause this video every 3 moves to catch my breath! That was about 6 months ago and I've now dropped 35 pounds and am losing more every week :) I decided to come back to this video - now it's the perfect lazy day workout that still works up a sweat. I plan on revisiting it often!
I am so proud to have a personal trainer like you. You are phenomenal. My sister can do your workout (she's in a wheelchair) and my mum (arthritis and bone issues) can do them too. My other sister (pregnant) could even do them if she wanted to! You're so inclusive and caring and motivating. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and yes i reversed it by exercising and low carb...did this within 10 months...no longer on metformin...no diabetes meds at all...get up in morning and hit this exercise go for a walk and end my day with your stretch as im always aware of my past challenges but diabetes is not me...i am strength!
I’ve done your 15 minute walking and toning video this morning ( that’s my morning workout) and this is my 15 minute evening workout. I’ve got 10 inches to loose off my waist. I’ve started a workout jar, so every time I do your workouts Lucy or do 30 minutes on my exercise bike, I put £2 in. I liked your idea of a rewards jar, so when I’ve lost my weight I will have enough for some new clothes.
Finding your page was honestly a blessing!! Ive been working out with you 3 days straight so far, twice a day. I get bored easily and also hate always doing high impact but you offer so many varieties of workouts that I literally can do a new one every day for a month if i needed.

What a wonderful workout in 15 minutes! My body thanks you for facilitating a comfortable way of getting in shape. I viewed the video first and then followed your instructions. As a 58-year-old youthful woman, I know the importance of working out and eating healthfully. I received the results of my physical a few days ago; my health practitioner was very well pleased to inform me of my LDL (bad) cholesterol numbers. It dropped from 180+ to 102 in over a year. Hi Lucy, I'm quite spiritual and so I do believe that God crosses people's paths for a reason, at just the right time. I was pre- diabetic before i began my journey. I have been working on my self over the last 6 mths with a change of lifestyle; incorporating intermittent fasting and together with your various great workouts, have managed to lose 20+ kgs! In addition, my sugar levels have stabilised! And I feel I've done it steadily and sensibly. So, I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your fantastic support and guidance. This is the very first exercise of yours that I found in the summer of 2017. It was rainy but I wanted to do something productive. I really wanted to go for a walk and this was the perfect alternative. It’s still my go to favorite walking exercise but it opened the door to the world of exercises that you have posted here. I have done a variety of attempts exercise over the years and this has been the most consistent I’ve ever made!!! Thank you for your videos and community!
I'm getting chemo treatments for Cancer. I can do this, the 4 minute arms, and Drop dress size workouts. I do have fays that I can't manage too. The great thing about your workouts is, , I tone up quicky. If I feel really good, I continue the exercise through the breaks. Thank you, anyone can do and keep up with your workouts!
My mum and I love doing your walking workouts, please do more!! My mum doesn't like to do any intense exercises as she has broke her coxic before and she is bothered with sciatica. So these workouts are perfect! X

I had no motivation whatsoever today, then made myself do this workout, mainly cos I was curious. I absolutely love it! Did the gentle jog instead of marching, just like you suggested and am now totally out of breath, but happy. 💖🙅🏻💞

After breaking my leg, I started exercising with you with exercise while sitting, and now that my leg is healed, I am still exercising with you. thanks a lot ❤
Hello Lucy, wanted to say a big “Thank you!” My Chiropractor has been so pleased that I’m much more balanced. He doesn’t have to do as much during my adjustments to keep my alignment proper. I’m certain it’s because of the strength and flexibility I’ve achieved from doing your workouts consistently. As you would say, “a big high five to you.” :)
I have been doing this workout in between my HIIT days. I do it twice, and jog throughout most of it. It definitely works up quite the sweat! It is awesome to get cardio in while still toning as well. Thanks Lucy!!

Awesome workout! Thank you! I have to admit that I've been doing your workouts on and off, very sporadically, for about a year - sometimes every day, other times once every week or so - but the change in my body is impressive! That just shows what they can do in the long run! My love handles are gone and my body, while still the same weight, appears much leaner!

I’m going to do this workout. I’m a size 8 but I have a mum tum and muffin top which need to go! I also have moderately bad arthritis which makes exercising difficult, but I’m optimistic about this xx
I feel happy to have found your workouts , they are true lifestyle exercises and life changing . I used to dread exercising but I really look forward to doing your workouts cause they are only 7 minutes but i find my self doing 21 miunutes with out feeling tired . Hello Lucy! March was a world wind of challenges for my family and me with illnesses and injuries (just in the first part of this month). I missed all of March. My favourite at the moment. I do this daily. It's brillant as it's really doable. If I feel sickly, I'll just march on the spot, then do the moves. If I feel great, I"'ll do a gentle jog instead of the marching. And if I feel on top of the world, I'll do fast running with high knees instead. It never gets boring. I love it!
I was settling down in the afternoon to a very lazy night until i saw this and felt suddenly motivated to get off my butt and do something! I love this workout and your others ones too. As a single mother who works 11 hour days, I can do this and other workouts. I have a gym membership but never use it as I need to be washing clothes and doing household chores but I can do this several times during my off days and one time during my work day. Really really liked it ! Started by marching on the spot the first half, felt really good and having lots of fun, so did the other half jogging and really sweated out :) Feel amazing right now. I was up late doing this workout, and thoroughly enjoyed it. All of the moves are great.. But.. my favorite fun moves are: climb to the moon, and the ballet walk. This is a nice and creative way to work up a sweat. When I reach my proper weight again, I will definitely give Lucy some credit. 😃
I've just done thi wo and I feel absolutely amazing!! I truly enjoyed it. I did it first thing in the morning when my balance is not great...and it worked perfectly! when I do harder wo in the morning I feel exhausted afterwads, while this one seems to be perfect even on an empty stomach. Hello Lucy, wanted to say a big “Thank you!” My Chiropractor has been so pleased that I’m much more balanced. He doesn’t have to do as much during my adjustments to keep my alignment proper. I have been doing this workout in between my HIIT days. I do it twice, and jog throughout most of it. It definitely works up quite the sweat! It is awesome to get cardio in while still toning as well. Thanks Lucy!!

I really liked this workout. I used to walk regularly but I have gotten super lazy and ended putting on 60 lbs over the past ten years. This is helping me transistion back into exercise mode. Thanks Lucy. Your fitness and diet tips are good too :)

Hi lucy im from India ur doing fabulous job , I really say ur a blessing to everyone who wants to reduce weight very fast . I started ur workouts mostly 30 mins workouts , in may mid by June 20( one month) I lost 2 kgs , I dint follow any diet I just stopped eating junk food ,I use to eat rice as in India tht is the staple food but still I lost 2 kgs now I'm 55 , really very happy ,I'm still doing ur workouts ,thank u dear

I have to admit that I've been doing your workouts on and off, very sporadically, for about a year - sometimes every day, other times once every week or so - but the change in my body is impressive! That just shows what they can do in the long run! My love handles are gone and my body, while still the same weight, appears much leaner!

I’m going to do this workout. I’m a size 8 but I have a mum tum and muffin top which need to go! I also have moderately bad arthritis which makes exercising difficult, but I’m optimistic about this xx
I feel happy to have found your workouts , they are true lifestyle exercises and life changing . I used to dread exercising but I really look forward to doing your workouts cause they are only 7 minutes but i find my self doing 21 miunutes with out feeling tired . My Favourate is the loose belly fat so far I have lost 4 inches yet only done it for one month .

Hello Lucy! March was a world wind of challenges for my family and me with illnesses and injuries (just in the first part of this month). I missed all of March. Or at least it felt like all of March with your workouts. But today is the 5th day of April and I am clicking on your workouts and getting back into my flow for this month. Thank you for this Walking Workout. It was WONDERFUL! Just what I needed. I have more oxygen in through the body. My arms, back, shoulders and chest were worked while working the core and legs! My favourite at the moment. I do this daily. It's brillant as it's really doable. If I feel sickly, I'll just march on the spot, then do the moves. If I feel great, I"'ll do a gentle jog instead of the marching. And if I feel on top of the world, I'll do fast running with high knees instead. It never gets boring. I love it!

I was settling down in the afternoon to a very lazy night until i saw this and felt suddenly motivated to get off my butt and do something! I love this workout and your others ones too. As a single mother who works 11 hour days, I can do this and other workouts. I have a gym membership but never use it as I need to be washing clothes and doing household chores but I can do this several times during my off days and one time during my work day. I love your accent ( huge charming and disarming element) and your well timed verbal cues . Really really liked it ! Started by marching on the spot the first half, felt really good and having lots of fun, so did the other half jogging and really sweated out :) Feel amazing right now. Really loved it, its nice to have a different format to the HIIT workouts, definitely helps to keep staying motivated to work out 5 to 6 days a week. Thanks Lucy !! xx

I was up late doing this workout, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
All of the moves are great.. But.. my favorite fun moves are: climb to the moon, and the ballet walk. This is a nice and creative way to work up a sweat.
When I reach my proper weight again, I will definitely give Lucy some credit. 😃
I've just done thi wo and I feel absolutely amazing!! I truly enjoyed it. I did it first thing in the morning when my balance is not great...and it worked perfectly! when I do harder wo in the morning I feel exhausted afterwads, while this one seems to be perfect even on an empty stomach.
