day 1 (3/13): did both part 1 and part 2, sides of my abs hurt, guess that’s how you know it’s working!
day 2 (3/14): worked out this morning, didn’t do great with food yesterday, overate and had a lot of calories, trying to keep a positive mind, every day is a new day. thank you for interacting, helped me come back this morning!
day 3 (3/15): working out has been going good, but i’ve actually gained weight and it’s stressing me out??? i checked my waist measurement and it’s the same, but i’m now 199 lbs. trying not to get discouraged, but i guess gaining weight is just one more reason i shouldn’t stop. going to start restricting what i eat more, will report back tomorrow!
day 4 (3/16): worked out this morning even though it was very cold, weighed myself and i’m at 198 so at least i’m not gaining anymore. honestly feeling really good about doing these in the morning, might extend to 14 days instead of 7 to really get some results
day 5 (3/17): FINALLY SEEING SOME RESULTS, at 197.5, that’s down 2.5 pounds in 5 days!!! work outs are getting easier and easier, just gotta keep at it and get going!
day 6 (3/18): LETS GOOOO done w day 6, one more day to go!

day 8: just worked out, gonna keep going for 14 days bc i honestly have not been eating well, so my results are underwhelming, trying to change my mindset from hard and fast to slow and steady, let’s see how this goes

I'm on day three, I'm sleeping better, feeling more energetic than ever, it's only 7 minutes, comfort of Ur own home, while the kids are sleeping. No gym, no babysitter needed, Perfect!
I have 2 little kids and I agree. It's perfect to be able to fit Lucy's workouts in while the kids are sleeping. No babysitter needed.

@@amlid.b.8311 I try to do 7 minutes about 4x per week. Not a lot but it keeps me sane. I'm trying to work FT from home and take care of my 2 little ones - 3 and 18 months. It's been difficult.

Amazing, I did this workout in the morning and part 1 in the evening for around 3 weeks now and I’ve dropped from around 108lbs to around 95! 110% recommend

I have been doing her 7 days challenge and 8 minutes HIIT, 4 days in a week for 1 month now (plus clean eating) and completely got rid of my double chin :)
6 months Updates: when I started I was size XL, now I am size M. However, my belly isn't flat (it feels tight) and I haven't lost any weight ( I was 54, now I am 56).
My arms and legs are toned.... Honestly, I never had them in such a beautiful shape💘💘.
As for belly, I think it is because I don't stick to one routine (Lucy suggested 7 days, 7 minutes ab exercise). I have lower back problem so I mix 2 days abs with 2 days legs.

It’s so true!! I wasted hundreds of dollars on a gym membership and a trainer and wasn’t seeing results and I hated it. Lucy actually has made me love working out and within one week I’ve seen more results with her then I have in 6 months of the gym!! Wish I could get my money back haha.

I finished the 7 days and incorporated her other 7 day video with 20 minutes of cardio and noticed no results. My diet wasn't the greatest, but I was in a caloric deficit while working out.

@jade p no still it's not enough you should also do other workouts combine many workouts to get faster results
Jade P I was eating KFC , samyang noodles and other stuff while doing these workouts and still managed to lose weight and bellyfat. Lucy’s workouts are one of the few which have such fast results. Maybe you should try another diet instead if intermittend fasting, maybe just eat normal but healthy. And maybe try doing Lucy’s 20 minute workout instead of just cardio.
Or a combination of her belly fat 1, belly fat 2 (this video) and drop a size. Or her boost your metabolism workout. Sometimes other problems like stress, hormones and lack of sleep can also interfere.

Having spent most of my adult life overnight and unhappy with my appearance, dieting then putting on weight then dieting again, I got to my 50s and was, frankly, scared of exercising as I feared I was just so out of condition that I would fail miserably. I'm so glad I found your workouts! I started with the workout for your heart and managed that ok (it was hard but doable) then after a few days thought I'd try your 7 minute workout that suggested a 1-2 inch loss around your tummy. After 7 days I've lost 1.5" around my waist and lost 4 kg - Yay! The best thing is that I have no excuse whatsoever to skip a day - no-one can argue that they can't find 7 minutes, so I do it every day. I mix with your other low impact videos (I'm hoping to manage a high impact one soon) and today your follow on video was a total body sculpt so I went on and did that too - amazing!
I haven't yet found a workout that I don't like. I've made a playlist to play alongside your instruction and off I go!

If you consistently do both series of the 7 minute workout and eat well, you’ll start to see changes too. Trust me I’m very picky and hesitant when it comes to exercising vids cause they often don’t work for me but this one does. I hope it goes well for you if you start (:

@@sindyh9780 It honestly depends on your own body. I wouldn’t say that I’ve lost so much weight in the one week of starting this. But you see gradual changes in your body. I do it 5 times a week because I’m busy the last 2 days. I’ve been drinking more water and maintaining a good calorie count (1,00-1,200; depending on your weight!) in terms of weight loss I haven’t lost much but I have lost inches to my waist

UPDATE: So I did the first 7 minute workout last year and lost 0 inches. Nada. Zilch. And, yeah, I was very disappointed so I quit doing it. But, I did this workout and the first workout everyday and even my stubborn belly fat reacted. I lost 1 inch around my waist and none from my hips (thank God)
Lost 2 inches in waist and hips in one week, got too excited it can be that easy, celebrated the achievement, gained it all back. No more partying.

Day 1: pretty easy but got difficult moving on. Felt amazing after. No changes.

Edit: hey guys! Sorry but i forgot to edit the other days but id say that this works really well! I recommend doing this in the morning, afternoon, and night to get better progress. I lost some pounds and im feeling confident! 100% recommend!!!

You shouldn't work out for so long every day. 2 hours is ALOT. Just giving my 2 cents your body could be just hanging on to water or you could be gaining muscle so the way you look could have changed but not so much through the measuring tape

If you did your first measurements at a different time, that could explain the discrepancy. Also, maybe diet during those last two days could be a clue.

Okay so I downloaded this video and her other 7 minute weightloss video and I have been doing these workouts for almost 2 weeks and I'm very happy with my results.
My starting measurements were 29 at my waist and 33 at my hips and now I've lost about 2.5 inches off my waist and about 2 inches off my hips.
However I combined this workout and her other 7 minute workout and did them 3 times a day, once right after waking up once after eating in the after noon and once in the night and I didn't really follow a strict diet but I cut out rice intake and limited myself to two meals a day.
For everyone here please do not feel obliged to copy my plan as I did it because I wanted to lose weight very fast, you should do it at your own pace and keep doing it even after you've got your dream body because youve got to maintain that.
From this workout I followed a mixture of her intermediate and beginner workouts and for the other one I followed all of them.
There was some soreness throughout but that means the workout is actually affecting your body and just by doing this for 2 weeks I've gotten more relaxed, my core strength has increased, my water intake has increased, I have been sleeping better, and I also have a generally healthier environment.
For this workout I also removed all chocolate and sweet things from my diet as they have high calories
I'm extremely happy with my results, and also am really thankful to Lucy as well.

I am 5'6, 215lbs... I need to lose weight for my life. I just did this routine, and as I sit here and type my body is sore. I took my measurements before 42 breasts, 41 stomach, and 46 hips. Clean eating and water only until next Thursday. Im going to try this workout at least twice a day, with 15 minutes on the treadmill that I use as a table lol...I eat horribly, I love carbs... cakes cookies and pies... see u guys next Thursday with my 7 day results.

Day 3 and I'm feeling it! My heart is racing. I went for a walk and walked 4 miles in about 75 minutes. Came home and pushed thru this workout. I really want to see a change, I'm praying for one. I feel good after I do this, because I'm so inactive. I've also been doing the apple shaped workout for the last 2 days, and I will do that one tonight. DO THIS LADIES, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!! Alright. 7 days starts now.
Waist line: 28.5 in.; Diet: 15 hour fasting + reduced carbs
Day 1: ✅ (Although I dont really feel anything- just a lot of sweating- I’m pretty confident about this)
Day 2: ✅ (Oh god.... I feel the burn now 🔥 haaaAhhh I’ve never sweat so much in my entire life [that’s because i did more than one of Her workouts] Other than that, I feel pretty good)
Day 3: ✅ (I’m kinda feeling some changes this time. Like, I’m starting to feel my stomach getting tighter and I’m getting some muscle cramps but that’s a good sign for me. If you pland on doing this, I suggest you do this somewhere hot therefore you sweat more. I’m no expert but I think it works even better. WE GOT THIS!)
Day 4: ✅ (For 4 days, I’ve been doing this workout together with her arm and thigh workout which makes that a total of 21 minutes and I am a beginner. I’ve never worked out before so now......
My sweat is dripping on the floor.)
Day 5: ✅ (Drank at least 2 liters of water, honestly I’m so dehydrated but hey, it’s day 5. I’m almost done. Gotta push through)
Day 6: ✅ (When i started this, i was actually eating mainly healthy foods and I reduced my calorie and sugar intake but today, I started eating unhealthy again, so what i did was: i did this workout plus her arm, thigh, back, and belly fat part 1 so I worked out for at least 30 minutes. I mean, it’s only fair because i started to eat some sugar-y food today. Also i had terrible TERRIBLE sweats)
Day 7: ✅ (DONE! Finally done‼️ I actually didn't sweat as much this time. I'm SO relieved I'm done. My muscle cramps are much better today. They still hurt but not like a few days ago.
As for results; since I started eating unhealthy since day 5, I don't expect that i lost that much to my waist. But I actually lost ONE INCH to my waist. I'm shocked! I'm going to continue this. I'm probably gonna make this a daily routine. This one in the AM and the first one at night....)

Last year my weight was 51, right now it is 60. I'm really stressed out. My age is 16 and my height is 170 cm.
All of my relatives are recommending weight loss recipes to my mom which hurts me even more... And my frnds also said to me that I've become really fat. So I thought I'll prove myself and so I started Intermittent fasting and reduced 1 kg in a week. Though it's effective, i need to reduce my waist. This is probably one of the best workout video ever! I got results really fast. Each day I would lose a pound. But I think the only reason why I lost 1 pound each is because I did radom exercises on pinterest, I did the arm fat video in this channel, and I did this video along with the first part. I also had a diet during this which made a difference. Anytime you're hungry for a snack, drink a whole water bottle. Drinking a whole water bottle will get you full. If you still haven't done this I really suggest this! Dont give up!

Update
first of all, I need to thank Lucy for the amazing 7 minute workout videos. I found her maybe a few months ago but didn't quite accept the challange, until about 10 days ago. i did the 7 minute workout everyday and lost about 2 inches. yipee .. hopefully can keep this as a lifestyle.
