I love all your workouts, I been working out every-day 1.5hours using diff sets and I lost weight from 65kg to 60kg. I cannot do the leg split like you, I wish one day I can achieve that. Ty so much
@@babitabains8841 hmm diet wise i didn't touch any bubble tea or sweet stuff and even cut down on eating KFC. For dinner wise, I eat very little rice but with more veg.. Sometimes for lunch I would take 2 hard boil eggs with 2 bananas with water or milk. I didn't really follow a strict diet but less carbo intake ba.

To be real with everyone, I've been doing this for 5 months straight. I'm not even joking. I FINALLY HAVE "THE PERFECT" waist. It's actually so perfect I wear tight tops confidently. It took 5 months though😭😭😭well along with 40 minutes cardio but yeah. Don't give up I guess.❤

The workout was so fun to do, it hardly burned but the NEXT DAY DOING IT AGAIN!!! I could feel the muscles had been used, it burned. I feel like my waist is already smaller and my love handles have already toned up and gotten smaller 🤩

Day 1: im having fun since it doesnt hurt my knees and neck. So i did the whole exercise twice. Day 2: My whole body aches but I feel great mentally. no visible changes can be seen yet. Day 3: its getting easier and i woke up with less body sore today. still not visible changes. I think i need to repeat the workout 3 times. Day 4: sorry i didn’t do this workout today because i tried her other video that focuses on another part of a body + i did zumba. tomorrow ill start doing this video again. i think its necessary for me to try more than one workout thats why.
I've been doing many workout from this channel for 4 months now. It's very effective for me even though I only did it for 20-30 minutes/day or at least 150 minutes/week with 2-3 days rest. I don't like heavy exercise so this really help me. Thank you

Omg, es de las pocas rutinas que siento que en verdad se trabaja :). Me va ayudar mucho está rutina, no sé por qué pero siempre que me enfermo bajo como 1 kilo en cuesta de horas, y me cuesta mucho ganar peso, pero con esta pandemia y por estar sentada más de 8 horas por las clases ya se me hizo barriga :c y casi no tengo tiempo de hacer ejercicio, está rutina me viene súper bien. I do these on my breaks at work and my goodness does it help! I sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day and I could feel my body start to breakdown and my bones and muscles becoming concrete and painful. This has even helped my arthritis in my knees. What a lovely health fairy Yuuka is! Thank you!
буду делать на протяжении 14 дней. Вес с утра 44.4 рост 157-159 скажу сразу у меня рпп. 1 день- поела с утра 2 тоста жаренного хлеба с черри и 3 ломтиками огурца. Сделала упражнения для осанки на обед было мучное.....мама приготовила рогалики , заставили съесть 2 штуки,запила это все чаем б/с. позже сделала упражнения для ягодиц и этот комплекс (на видео) вечером съела опять рогалик...очистилась.., сделала опять этот комплекс. ( надеюсь не потеряю комментарий) 2 день- встала в 12.. выпила стакан воды,поела два тоста с кремом (из творожного сыра с сах.пудрой) сделаа в 15:00 этот комплекс и + тренировку для осанки 4 день- с утра поела тост с огурцами и кофе сделала этот комплекс обед макароны с сосисками сделала упражнения для осанки с утра вес был 43.5

Oh I want to get rid of back fat and love handles bad but a lot of exercises don't feel helpful in actually working my back muscles and make me uncomfortable when laying on my ribs

Well first day while doing it may not be painful but later it hurts on both the sides but this is for the first day only ( or much more 2 days ) then you'll not find any pain while doing it regularly so please don't stop

I have been doing several exercises from this channel and the only thing that did not really work well for me is the "thigh exercise in lying position". From 31 and a half I am down to 30. Also, I am not eating healthy. I eat white rice, bread and all but I eat less. My lower pooch is my main concern but I am on my way there and I'll keep you guys posted in the comment section.

もう一つの腰肉を落とす動画(in 2week)の方の2つを毎日続けてやっていきました。正直、2週間では目に見えた成果が出ずに、やめようかとも思いましたが、今日で27日目になります。
目に見えてわかるようになったのは20日を過ぎたあたりからで、そこからはいっきに落ちてゆきました。
今まで何をやっても痩せなかったのにビックリです、1ヶ月ぶりにあった友達に「何か、痩せたね。」と言われたのは嬉しかったです。因みに、おやつは250kcal以内というマイルールを作って、ほぼほぼ毎日食べていました。
途中、ちょっぴりだけ疑ってしまってすみません。きっと人によって個人差があるのですね。

いつも寝転がってする腹筋やくびれ運動は苦手で、効いてる感覚がないのですが、これを初めてやった時、翌日すごく筋肉痛になって筋肉を使えている感覚があって嬉しかったです🥰

Omg, es de las pocas rutinas que siento que en verdad se trabaja :). Me va ayudar mucho está rutina, no sé por qué pero siempre que me enfermo bajo como 1 kilo en cuesta de horas, y me cuesta mucho ganar peso, pero con esta pandemia y por estar sentada más de 8 horas por las clases ya se me hizo barriga :c y casi no tengo tiempo de hacer ejercicio, está rutina me viene súper bien. I do these on my breaks at work and my goodness does it help! I sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day and I could feel my body start to breakdown and my bones and muscles becoming concrete and painful. This has even helped my arthritis in my knees. What a lovely health fairy Yuuka is! Thank you!

1 день- поела с утра 2 тоста жаренного хлеба с черри и 3 ломтиками огурца.
Сделала упражнения для осанки
на обед было мучное.....мама приготовила рогалики , заставили съесть 2 штуки,запила это все чаем б/с.
позже сделала упражнения для ягодиц и этот комплекс (на видео)
вечером съела опять рогалик...очистилась.., сделала опять этот комплекс.
( надеюсь не потеряю комментарий)
2 день- встала в 12.. выпила стакан воды,поела два тоста с кремом (из творожного сыра с сах.пудрой)
сделаа в 15:00 этот комплекс и + тренировку для осанки
4 день- с утра поела тост с огурцами и кофе
сделала этот комплекс
обед макароны с сосисками
сделала упражнения для осанки
с утра вес был 43.5

finally i found her work out for love handles.Because i tried one of her work out,very effective.
I love this! It didn't hurt my back or neck like most ab workouts do and I am still feeling the burn a couple days later. Would love more standing abs workouts from you!!
Oh I want to get rid of back fat and love handles bad but a lot of exercises don't feel helpful in actually working my back muscles and make me uncomfortable when laying on my ribs
I don't have that much belly fat it's just the love handles and this workout is super easy I would recommend it❤❤❤😊😊

Girl u can’t get a slim face from Face exercise every doctor knows that.
Well first day while doing it may not be painful but later it hurts on both the sides but this is for the first day only ( or much more 2 days ) then you'll not find any pain while doing it regularly so please don't stop

Im on day 15. I can see the difference compared from my first day. My hate handles is not as big as before. I can now wear some of fave dresses but I still need to do this 4-5x a week to reach my desire shape ♥️

@@Sunmonkey03580 You mean the curve? Not much but yes. How I wish I could post pic here. I have been doing several exercises from this channel and the only thing that did not really work well for me is the "thigh exercise in lying position". From 31 and a half I am down to 30. Also, I am not eating healthy. I eat white rice, bread and all but I eat less. My lower pooch is my main concern but I am on my way there and I'll keep you guys posted in the comment section.
