Hi! I been doing this exercise for past 3 days and i already see improvement, sometimes i dont finish it at all because i was lazy but believe me or not it really works on me! I'm only 13 yrs old when i start working out but i got lazy at the middle and now i'm still trying. Thankyou very much to instructor because you creat a content that is eco friendly.

I’ve been doing this exercise for almost 6 days now and I can see that my hip dips/live handles are getting thinner and thinner, not very fast but it’s changing I can’t denying it, at first it was difficult for me because I’ve never done this kind of exercise before but days after days I was getting used to it and now it’s quite ok, I’ll keep going !

I am going to do this for one month and keep you updated. Like to remind me. 👍 Results... After doing it for a week, my posture improved greatly and my waist became much smaller. I stopped for a week because of exams, but I plan to start again afterward. This routine clearly works. However, it's important to focus on diet as well. Eating a balanced and nutritious diet is crucial. Combining regular exercise with healthy eating leads to the best results.

• Day 1: I completed it and did it twice a day , I have to finish training within 10 days for Eid :). • Day 2: I completed it twice this day too! In fact, on the first day, my waist size was 88 cm, and on the second day, it became 86 cm! (For your information, I follow a diet and also walk for 40 minutes in a day :)

@@Adriana-hk8fi Yup! I have really bulky side stomach and I noticed that slowly the bulge is going away. I also do it with exercise that focuses on my bra bulge back fat and flat stomach workout, you can search that too on youtube. The flat stomach is kinda hard to achieve tho.
@@paolashax868 Somehow I'm quite satisfied with the results. From rounded stomach it went smaller, from very bulky sides it gave me curves. I also incorparated this with protein rich food diet (I am not taking any type of carbs except from fruits and veggies which I only eat once a day) and fasting
Doing this for until i'm down to my 1st gw age:18 weight:116kg (yes bad ik) height 172cm Day1 : pretty good! Day2-5 i had graduation had a lot of people over so i could never find the time to do this but i'm back and changing my goal of this! Day 6: nice burn honestly ! I've started doing pilates too so that's what i've been doing combined with this and woah it's going so well through these past few days they have been crazy since college is coming up but i seen so much improvement with my body even if it isn't much to the eye. Si te los súper recomiendo, los resultados van dependiendo de la persona, la constancia y si hay algún tipo de dieta, en mi caso yo realizaba los ejercicios que son para los brazos y cara, ya a la segunda semana empece a ver resultados (sin ningún tipo de dieta) y con los que son para el abdomen en la cuarta semana.

I've been doing this workout for 30 days consistently and I'm super proud of myself cause now my waist looks super snatched and toned :) The results set in by one and half a week but I wanted to do it for 30 days just cause :) This workout really helped me! I even lost 2-3 cm from my waist!! honestly, this is a very good workout to try and get rid of your love handles or any type of back fat. did this for about almost 2ish weeks, seen a slight difference only because i have been slacking on my workouts. but if you do them consistently you WILL see a difference. nice workout very calm i like it. 😊

this workout works - only if you are consistent in doing them. I've been doing these workouts off and on for the last 2 months - I definitely see a difference. but keep in mind, everyone's body is different. I weightlift and am on a high protein low deficit diet - so the results were shown pretty fast like a week or two in of doing the workouts.
It's my first day and it was a little painful but I feel so good afterwards. I'm not sure if I was doing all of the movements correctly. But I will do this workout daily so I hope I will improve 😊 Yuuka's exercises are really the best, I've been doing two of her workouts for a few weeks now and I can really see the results. Doing this workout for 2 weeks, 1 day of rest per week. With 25 jumping jacks, and 8 minute stretching! Current Waist: 27.5 Inches (Did this before for 3 days and saw a small difference. Just got busy so I’m restarting) Day 1: ✅ Felt good. Pretty easy. Day 2: ✅ Nothing much to say. Felt good again. Day 3: ✅ Easy. Day 4: ✅ Omg when I was so bloated my waist was definitely more snatched. 🤩 Day 5: ❌ Ate a lot today and I couldn’t find my mat. I’m so mad at myself. I’ll be doing it fs tmrw. Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Yay! Felt great. Difference isn’t so huge but I’ve been feeling better and so calmed down after. Day 8: ✅ It’s been getting easier. I’ll check measurements in 2 days. Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Okay guys, I checked my waist and it is still 27.5 inches. The End: I’m going to stop doing this workout now because my main goal is to make my waist smaller. I still ate snacks and did not change my diet whatsoever because I’m still a minor. Doing this workout after time, got easier and I felt better. I saw a difference, but I guess the measurements are telling me otherwise. 🤷♀️ I’m going to find a new one, but this workout was great to stretch your body and you just need to find something to do at the end of the day.

In honor of a month of doing this, I want to share that it seems to have shown results. I see less fat in my back and sides. I’m still working towards my flat belly goal and slim waist but Realistically, I won’t achieve all that thru One simple stretch. if you’re reading this PLEASE continue and don’t give up if you don’t see results in 3 days or one week before you important date. Anything successful takes time and dedication. Please eat healthy but in moderation. Big difference

@@Adriana-hk8fi Yup! I have really bulky side stomach and I noticed that slowly the bulge is going away. I also do it with exercise that focuses on my bra bulge back fat and flat stomach workout, you can search that too on youtube. The flat stomach is kinda hard to achieve tho.

I also incorparated this with protein rich food diet (I am not taking any type of carbs except from fruits and veggies which I only eat once a day) and fasting

Si te los súper recomiendo, los resultados van dependiendo de la persona, la constancia y si hay algún tipo de dieta, en mi caso yo realizaba los ejercicios que son para los brazos y cara, ya a la segunda semana empece a ver resultados (sin ningún tipo de dieta) y con los que son para el abdomen en la cuarta semana.
Se hacen una vez o debo repetirlos más veces

I've been doing this workout for 30 days consistently and I'm super proud of myself cause now my waist looks super snatched and toned :) The results set in by one and half a week but I wanted to do it for 30 days just cause :) This workout really helped me! I even lost 2-3 cm from my waist!! 今まで反り腰ストレッチ色々してもあまり効果実感しずらかったのですが、こちらは2回やるだけでかなり改善が見られます。
鏡を見た時に頑張ってもお尻を引っこめられなかったのが、ただストレッチ後鏡を見ようと立つと真っ直ぐで衝撃です。
すぐ戻ってしまうと思うのでしばらく続けて猫背も治るように頑張ります。

honestly, this is a very good workout to try and get rid of your love handles or any type of back fat. did this for about almost 2ish weeks, seen a slight difference only because i have been slacking on my workouts. but if you do them consistently you WILL see a difference. nice workout very calm i like it. 😊

С талии (-3см) с низа живота (-5см)
Сегодня я сделала 2 раза (утром натощак и вечером) при этом я ела мало, но часто, после 6 вообще не ем
Уже 6 дней (- 6, 5 см)
Спасибо за результат,но в моей случае я по какой-то причине не чувствую тяжесть при выполнении задания.Это значит что я делаю что-то не так или просто нагрузка не такая большая?

this workout works - only if you are consistent in doing them. I've been doing these workouts off and on for the last 2 months - I definitely see a difference. but keep in mind, everyone's body is different.
I weightlift and am on a high protein low deficit diet - so the results were shown pretty fast like a week or two in of doing the workouts.

Hello...I want to ask something.... I am doing these exercises from a week now.... It's effective.... but i m feeling pain in my knees.... which does not feel natural.... Any tips to protect your knees while doing these exercises???

Doing this workout for 2 weeks, 1 day of rest per week. With 25 jumping jacks, and 8 minute stretching!
Current Waist: 27.5 Inches
(Did this before for 3 days and saw a small difference. Just got busy so I’m restarting)
Day 1: ✅ Felt good. Pretty easy.
Day 2: ✅ Nothing much to say. Felt good again.
Day 3: ✅ Easy.
Day 4: ✅ Omg when I was so bloated my waist was definitely more snatched. 🤩
Day 5: ❌ Ate a lot today and I couldn’t find my mat. I’m so mad at myself. I’ll be doing it fs tmrw.
Day 6: ✅
Day 7: ✅ Yay! Felt great. Difference isn’t so huge but I’ve been feeling better and so calmed down after.
Day 8: ✅ It’s been getting easier. I’ll check measurements in 2 days.
Day 9: ✅
Day 10: ✅ Okay guys, I checked my waist and it is still 27.5 inches.
The End:
I’m going to stop doing this workout now because my main goal is to make my waist smaller. I still ate snacks and did not change my diet whatsoever because I’m still a minor. Doing this workout after time, got easier and I felt better. I saw a difference, but I guess the measurements are telling me otherwise. 🤷♀️ I’m going to find a new one, but this workout was great to stretch your body and you just need to find something to do at the end of the day.
