    I was just discharged from the hospital and happened to run across this video and actually motivated me. I was able to do the workout on my pace and felt really good that I was able to finish the whole workout. I will do it again tomorrow. Thank You!!!

    This is one of the best exercise routines I've seen that looks manageable for someone who is 61 years old like me!! Thank you so much! Plus I enjoyed the kitty visits in the video too haha.

    Absolutely fantastic! I need this for my menopausal stomach. It's much smaller after doing LWR work outs but there's always room for improvement isn't there?! Hope The Princesses will be joining us! XX ❤

    I just moved about 30 days ago and have been too overwhelmed to workout. This was a perfect workout to get back into focusing on health.

      @@lucywyndhamread thank you so much. Just waiting for mixed routine split in 3 like your 15 minute one as love it. Asking for 10 minute parts so can do full 30 minutes. Started with 5mjnutex daily and now doing 40mjnutes each day. Feel so much better Lucy cant thank you enough x

    this was the first time ive done a lucy workout in a long time. i work at a desk 9-5 - this was exactly what i needed. definitely will do it again and try the 15 min workout in my lunch break sometimes to help keep me moving.

    This is the longest I've stuck with an exercise program. I exercise 6 times a week and I look forward to it. You do keep it interesting with all the different moves. I am waiting to see results. I'm sure I will eventually.

    This is the best video exercise program l have seen that is good for seniors. I am a challenged physically after having back and knee surgery but some of them l can do that l am sure will help me to loose the pounds l put on lately . Maybe you can put on a video that would be appropriate for persons with challenges. Keep up the good work❤

    I had to drop the intensity for the last 5 mins but all good- will get there soon. When I started these during lockdown I struggled with completing the 7 minute routines and now I do 15 min easily. Age and health issues mean I'll never be training for the Olympics but they weren't on my bucket list anyway. Nice the princesses could join us today.

    This one gets the sweat but without music, so you can go at your own pace. Easy to follow, easy to listen to.

    A new favorite! I esp like how you did the same 2 cardio ab moves throughout the video. I clocked 222 calories. I plan to do this + the 15 min version often bc of my meno belly. Thank you!

    That was fun. I use your workouts at the top and take if my day. Morning is your original 7 min ab class along with weights and swim. Arvo will be this workout alternated with your 15 min one to get moving after sitting all day 🤗❤️

    Dear Lucy, I do appreciate these new workouts with the 20 seconds ab excercises in between, especially the cardio ab punches! I am also fond of your running combined with abs workouts!
    I do your workouts almost every day and it is so rewarding, how I feel fitter, I developed much stronger muscles and I have lost weight. Thank you and I am looping forward to your new workouts!

    Thanks for the fun videos I have a short attention span these days and these are great because you change the exercise so fast - I love it!
    Also I'd really love you to make some shelf stairs so your cat can climb up and sit up there and watch you! It's obvious she wants to be with you😺😺♥️

    This workout actually did feel like 10 minutes instead of 20! And it was challenging for me. I did it early morning and it really helped wake my body up. I feel great, thank you! I will be doing this one again.

    Είμαι μαμά τριών παιδιών. Δουλεύω και επιστρέφω στο σπίτι στις 16:15. Πρέπει να ασχοληθώ με τις δουλειές του σπιτιού, να βοηθήσω τα παιδιά με τα μαθήματα τους, να παίξω μαζί τους... ειλικρινά ούτε που καταλαβαίνω πότε νυχτώνει και πέφτω εξαντλημένη για ύπνο...
    Δεν ξέρω τι κάνω λάθος... δεν ξέρω καν αν όντως κάνω λάθος!!! Το σίγουρο είναι ότι δεν έχω χρόνο για τον εαυτό μου... κάθε μέρα λέω "σήμερα θα ασχοληθώ με μένα" αλλά δεν τα καταφέρνω... Είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένη...😞😞😞 Θέλω να επανέλθω στη φυσική κατάσταση που ήμουν το 2019... πριν τον εγκλεισμό του COVID 😞😞😞😞
