@@daniellalyngdoh6211 I am not Lucy, but, I believe low impact is like no jumping-when both of your feet do not leave the floor at the same time. You can have high intensity and low impact at the same time. I think any movement that you can do and stick with will help you lose weight, as long as you eat clean and in moderation as well. I am no trainer, just been following Lucy for a year now, so definitely double check my info!! Good luck! You got this!!
@@daniellalyngdoh6211 good for you! It is hard not to focus on that number on the scale, but our weight fluctuates so much, even just in a day it can change a little. It's all about balance, you've got to still enjoy some things in life! I usually allow myself one day a week, where I'm not quite as strict with my food intake, and have some sort of dessert. I'd probably get down to my goal weight quicker if I didnt, hahaha. Just keep going! One day at a time beautiful lady 💜
Hi Lucy I absolutely love your workouts I’ve lost about 18 pounds in 6 months but most of all feel so much better and I’m toned up! I motivated myself by telling me I could do 7 min. Now my go to is your 20 min full body workout I love it! I’ve added in arms one day then legs or glutes. I love the low impact HIT. Thanks Lucy! I started following your workout for four weeks (morning and evening, interchanging too) and I have lost 4kgs. In addition to the workouts, I also cut down on my salt and sugar intake, replace snacks with fruits and drink lots of water. I also ration my food and ensure that I don't consume more than 14000k/cal in a day.
I'm really impressed with your workouts. I'm recuperating from a total knee replacement and your exercises are as good as the physical therapy I've undergone. I love how you incorporate moving your arms above the chest which is heart heart healthy. These are refreshing workouts from the ones I've faithfully been following for several months. Another excellent workout Lucy 😍 I absolutely cannot do the quadriceps stretch so I loop a tea towel round my ankle and pull it up behind me while I hold onto the back of a chair next to me. Just putting this here in case anyone else has the same difficulty as me.

Lucy, aside from being a good cardio workout and a good stretching workout, and a good core workout, it’s a good BRAIN workout. The segments where you alternate two moves really require me to concentrate and I love that mind/body workout. No day dreaming while doing THAT!

Can I do this workout 6 times a week for a month and still lose weight even though I’m not changing anything the intensity of the workout throughout that time? I know some apps increase the intensity as the days go by.
Yes and my workouts are different from most as I focus on using multiple muscles in each move so you get maximum results- and also as we are using bodyweight you can do these moves daily as they are safe 💃🧚🏻♀️💋💋
