@@gopika9421of course u can!! sometimes some of the exercises are way too intense for me personally so i do them in a slower pace or replace the exercises with the ones that are a bit more suitable for me😅 some people prefer to do cardio in the morning, some in the evening. as for me morning is the best time to do this cuz it gives a huge energy boost which helps during the day☀️
@@alicia5119 I've been doing this 3x 1-2 times a week for a few months now and I still get sweaty every time near the beginning/end of the first one. Cardio takes real time to build up, but it will happen. I can get through this video 3 times without feeling like I'm going to pass out now!
I really appreciate the lack of jumping. I can dance with fluid movements for a long time but I just don't like abrupt jumps on the spot so this type of workout suits me very well. Thanks😊
I love longer workouts but sometimes life gets in the way and these 10min workouts are perfect to get something in on those crazy days… helps keep me on track ❤

Just came upon ur size. These i will do at work daily. Being a hospital biller 12 x5 is totally sedentary i even eat at the desk for years. Its taking its toll now swollen feet and no weightloss. Starting Monday at work will do these daily. Love it

Knowing that each workout I was 10% of the way to the end was great motivation to keep going. 10 mins isn’t long so I could tell myself I was almost there.
Doing this for 7 days then switching exercise Day1:- hard. Although i can't engage my core properly Day2:- much easier, took lesser breaks and felt the pain more Day3:- felt the most burn!took breaks but proud tat I showed up and made through it!!❤ Day4:- YAY! it was particularly hard to gwt on the mat bcz my legs were paining and i was super tired and although my heart rate didnt gwt too high, my legs hurted and it was a good workout! Proud to keep pushing through!!💪 Day5:- I was able to complete all exercises!❤ still feel like I can't connect the core properly tho! Made it this far!! Only 2 more days! I got this!

This is by far my favorite workout, I’m just starting but it does get your heart pumping which is good. Im not overweight or anything, I actually have a pretty good build but I am not the most athletic person so I’m going to do these for some months and see the results

Bravissimo!! Hard for this 70YO but doable. Only thing I modified was going a bit slower (less repeats) and for the two parters, half on floor and half standing I chose one or the other for the entire sequence. The one thing I've found is that now when I do up and downs I'm guaranteed to ache after. Anyway, really terrific and I'll bet if you show this to the world's exercise and movement experts they will give it a 100.
Thanks for adding the breaks between exercises! Without those I find I am breathless for a long time afterwards. Nonetheless hope practice with this routine can take me there eventually. Great work! Great contribution to help people stay fit. Thank you!

This is a great workout for when you lack motivation! easy to increase the difficulty for when you feel motivated but still requires some effort if you follow it as is.
Thank you for another cardio workout with no jumping! Do you have any workouts to help with balance? I have a terrible time with lunges or other exercises that require good balance and spend most of the time trying to keep from falling over instead of doing the exercises! 🙃😟
I've gotten into plateau after doing just the bike or treadmill for around 8 months besides weights. So I am starting this for at least 2 weeks and see what happens. 👍

losing 3 kgs is still a progress.. u can do the high intense cardio or increase the reps /sets if u want to challenge urself.
