The sequences, the cueing, the modifications, the little extra COME ON YOU GOT IT, and most of all , you can feel the Genuine Love for community not just getting more likes! The 20 to 30 minutes of functional strength training with power moves definitely gets my 60 year body moving without risking injury that sadly can creep up at decade 6. 💥💫 My Husband and I travel Full Time in an RV and switching to working out in a small space, no gym, this is my answer after searching and scrolling many sites! More push when someone pushes you to be your BRIGHTEST SELF ! Namaste Ladies

So after waking up at 4:30 am and thinking I wasn't sore after yesterday's leg day...I started this workout and realized I totally was after actually moving! It was a great "lighter" (HA) day. Then I added the burnout and I am dying! And then I realized I am pretty sure you guys film more than workout a day!!! Truly Holy bananas!!! Ready to deal with my students today though. Loving this program!
I enjoyed this one thoroughly..this will be in my weekly standing core. The mobility moves stretched me beyond what I thought it could do. Hearing the Amazing Rachel in the background motivated me
Whew! Definitely sore from day 1 and 2, this was a perfect way to losen up and still work! I love the transverse/ L squat in the warm-up, that really helped with sore knees, we should do more! Thanks for all you do, ladies!
Just wanted to thank you both for these videos. y’all are the only reason I’ve been able to stay consistent for the last year and a half lifting weights at home with little children. I do love these 20 minute workouts, especially when they feel like I’ve done 30 or 35 minutes in 20 minutes.
Omg I did it! Battling stubborn cold but I showed up! It took me a lot of convincing. Finished at 11:30 pm! I love love these workouts! I think I am addicted to NML.

Loved this. I loved the mobility mixed in. My legs were so sore from day 2 and something about stretching after you’re super warm it just seems more effective. I’m actually excited for day 4, I was worried I’d be too gassed if we kept it the same high octane level as day 1 and 2. Also, thank you for sharing your scripture inspiration it was honestly exactly what I needed for the day. ❤

This was such a solid workout!! I have some degeneration issues in my low back so standing abs are always so ideal for me. Thank you!! Also super excited, this was the first workout i was able to use 15lb dumbells all the way through!! 🎉

This was an awesome abs workout, after yesterday's leg day, didn't think I would be able to do it today, but this actually really helped with the soreness doing the mobility moves, which were great day 3 down and mat abs down!!!! patting myself on the back for making it this far. Great workout! Loved all the new moves, especially using the resistance band. My favorite "move" of all was the verse from 1 Corinthians- that was such a great reminder for me in this season of parenting a new "adult" child and a teenager. Building physical strenth to support mental toughness! Thank you!

Strong20 has long been my most repeated LB series, but Perform is quickly becoming my new favorite. I LOVED this workout. It was the perfect midweek refresh. The whole series has felt challenging but achievable. I seriously cannot overstate how much I love it!!

So…I joined in on a couple of your videos in the last two weeks. After having two separate surgeries last year to replace both knees I have been working out regularly but have felt the you tube channels I was choosing were a bit too easy for me lately. Yours….are NOT! lol Even though the two of you could be my granddaughters, I love your workouts. Sometimes they go too fast for me and sometimes I need to modify the moves, but….i keep on keepin’ on and am in a good sweat by the time I finish. TY! i appreciate your energy!

This was a great workout to do today. I was so sore from Monday, that I couldn't sit!! Im not sure how to start working out without that happening every time. Also, the moves are quick and I don't want to hurt myself while learning. Any recommendations? You have such a great energy, you guys are fun to watch!

Absolutely love this 20 minute workout. More please...once I finish this one. I started late. LOL Idea - I find your stretching sessions really short, I guess to keep in the time. What if you did the same stretching then added a 15 minute longer stretch right to this workout. You could just say for those who want more stretching keep watching. Rather than me having to go find a stretching video. Love your stuff all the time. Great job. Another idea: offer retreats - come workout with us on set and get taped in our workouts and offer other cool stuff at the retreat! That would be fun.

This was a great workout to do today. I was so sore from Monday, that I couldn't sit!! Im not sure how to start working out without that happening every time. Also, the moves are quick and I don't want to hurt myself while learning. Any recommendations? You have such a great energy, you guys are fun to watch!

Absolutely love this 20 minute workout. More please...once I finish this one. I started late. LOL Idea - I find your stretching sessions really short, I guess to keep in the time. What if you did the same stretching then added a 15 minute longer stretch right to this workout. You could just say for those who want more stretching keep watching. Rather than me having to go find a stretching video. Love your stuff all the time. Great job. Another idea: offer retreats - come workout with us on set and get taped in our workouts and offer other cool stuff at the retreat! That would be fun.
