Absolutely loved this! The little elevated side rainbows were REALLY difficult for me and gave me an area to improve on, even as someone who works out on a regular basis. You're always challenging me and I love it! The weights being incorporated are really appreciated.
I just discovered your workouts and am so happy I did. I have struggled to find the types of workouts I like in the time frames I can do. Maybe it’s because you have kids too, but I do not have time for 45-60 minute workouts. 30 minutes is all I have time for. I love doing strength training and barre-Pilates at home, and I am so excited to explore all the workouts you have available. Thank you!

A full length barre class is no joke! I lift weights regularly…heavier weights! But, you put me in a barre class, with two pound weights and I’m dead…😂😂😂. It’s famous for the burn AND the leg shakes…😢😢😢. They are very challenging workouts and totally different from regular resistance training! I hope you find some good glasses and good luck!
@@nattywho I hope they make one where I live!! But I don’t think it’s too popular here where I live. I used to lift heavy weights too but now I don’t anymore. I still wanna use weights but nothing heavy so this is perfect to slim and tone!! Thank you 😊

You are so good at explaining workouts, Lindsey. With other workouts that are fast-paced your voice is strong and loud to fit the workout and in this workout your voice is calming and gentle. I just noticed that and it's very interesting

haha I thought why not do a light pilates barre class in the afternoon...well now I`m drenched in sweat,shoulders defeated by my 6pound weights and blissfully happy. Keep these workouts coming! Great job as always:D
Love love loved this workout, it's so nice to mix it up, stops the boredom and makes me feel like a ballerina which I never wad as always overweight and clumsy but having lost 30 kgs over time and doing your classes nothing is impossible.😅

Great session, and it kept me focused, 20mins flew by. I found the introductions to the exercises a bit too fast, but because we stayed with them, I got into the rhythm. I was so impressed by the tutors' ability to speak and count the whole way through exceptional. Great work that I'll come back to. 🙏🏾✌🏾💚

Great evening workout to do when I needed to get in some movement but wasn't feeling super motivated to lift heavy... this was perfect. **Those plank knee pulls got my abs fired up!! Thanks, ladies!
First time I've tried something like this. It was super challenging for me...balance, especially...so I'm gonna stick with it, 'cause I know I'll see improvements over time. I slowed it down to 75%, which helped a lot.
Love the pilates-barre fusion! But this is one for the beginning of the week since my balance was rough due to super sore muscles! Can't wait to repeat it!!
