I’ve done this four times now over 2 weeks and I can tell I am already stronger than the first time I did it !
I’ve been lifting for the past three years as I’ve worked through and out of a Long history of up and down battles with anorexia and body dysmorphia. As I’ve allowed my body to gain weight and push past the dysmorphia and challenges of overcoming seeing my body grow I’ve lost the interest in Killing myself in the gym for hours. I have gained strength and tone but realize as a busy mom of three the gym multiple times a week is just not the right fit for me or my children (I homeschool) I’ve been praying for the lord to Lead me to something that would help my stability, flexibility, and strength long term (I find weight training very demanding on my joints esp as I approach 40 next month) in prayer I felt led to check out Barre and landed here tonight for the first time on your Chanel. This workout kicked my butt but I felt empowered and challenged all at the same time. Thank you. Looking forward to more workouts.

This truly works and it’s convenient for before work in the morning or before bed. I’ve been doing this about twice a week along with normal Pilates and I’m definitely seeing the difference

I've done barre before but it's been a while. I've been out of the exercise loop for several months and decided to get back in. I came across this looking for a gentle stretch to get back in the groove. This was no joke! I am shaky, sweaty and my right now my body has gotten more out of this than I would have attempting my regular 35 minute barre workout

I want to get to being able to do this. I have some health challenges that abruptly stopped my former workout routines. It took 5 years to even get a correct diagnosis and now I’m balancing out health-wise in many ways though I still battle very low cortisol levels which leave me with very little stamina. I can’t do this today, but getting to this is my goal. Prior to getting sick I worked out about 2 1/2 hours per day (not all at once) and I was in excellent shape. Maybe I won’t get back to that level, but tat least this.

I was looking for a 20-minute workout but that was short! It was done before I knew it! I didn't find it especially difficult, but it's perfect for a light, effective activity when pressed for time or as a light activity for down days... I'm debating the app. I'm not 💯 yet..I'll try a couple more of these and see how they go.

I have an athletic body build with a pear shape so I’ve always had a hard time with planks and push ups because it’s a lot of comparative body weight for my arms to support! With planks, my legs and stomach are fine but my arms are always what give out. My legs are so strong my arms can’t keep up!

5 weeks PP, this killed me but im so happy i did it! Obviously i did modifications for some of the core exercises and then did the push ups on my knees but my baby girl and I were feelin the heattt

Some light modification because I'm about 2-3 of you, but this was a doable workout that made me sweat without feeling like I was being slowly murdered. Those inner thigh pulses would have done the job a few seconds longer though ...

great workout. forgot what leg I uses on legs-- eg, when did right side sometimes right leg was standing and forgot what leg I used. next time I will just look at what leg you are using!
