This 15 minute beginner barre workout is designed to sculpt and tone your body. This is a No-Barre Barre Workout, and we take a great quick workout in the centre, working arms, legs and cardio. The only equipment you will need is a set of light weights (0.5-1kg or 1-2 pounds). Enjoy this level 1, beginners barre class!

This barre class is a 15 minute, at home barre workout. It is a barre class workout designed as a full body workout with some cardio workout too. It can give you toned legs and a ballerina body, and improve your cardio fitness. This online barre workout is a barre workout for home, where an online workout is the best option. This barre class workout for fast results, will give you a barre workout challenge. It is similar to ballet, pilates, pilates barre, ballet barre and a ballet barre workout.

this looks great but way too fast for someone who doesn't know proper techniques :/
This was hard even without tiny weights. I feel great still though after doing it. So out of shape & gotta get back to feeling better & looking better.
How does such a low impact workout make me feel so stretched and engaged? That's incredible. I'll know I'm ready to move on when I can make it through this work out regularly.

Omg 👏👏👏👏👏👏 thank you Andrea. I’ve been side stepping and just not feeling the interest to go the classes at BlueFit. The mobility in my feet has been an issue for a few years due to arthritis in between cartilage on top of feet. I’ve been searching for the right movements to inspire me to keep it up and always loved ballet as a child. I’ve even thought of flamenco lessons as I looove music. Now I see I need a mix of movement that feels creative. I don’t believe my foot issue will hang around if I’m doing something that is inspiring .
