Thanks for inserting those scoops with the rear leg lifts. I always have lower back pain after too many rear leg lifts and this stretched everything nicely! (And yes...we should lift w the glutes, not the back, but sometimes when you get tired....)
I’m not a huge fan of barre but I wanted to challenge myself mentally and physically today! Mission accomplished. Those long holds are intense for my mind and legs 🔥🔥
When the workout gets tough, I try to pretend like I’m Rachel and smile through the pain! 😂 Loved this workout as always! Thanks NML team for all your hard work! 💕
LOVED THIS! Thank you! My pelvic floor therapist suggested I do some light Barre workouts having a urethra prolapse. I found this video and hopped to it. My only suggestion would be to slow down the MOVING movements just a little bit. Looking forward to your other videos:)

I have been a dancer, later doing Hiit with heavy weights and kettlebells. Surprisingly, this method works best for sculpting my body using lighter weights and concentrating on isolating the muscles with movement.
This was SO hard but I loved it! I’ve been incorporating more barre/pilates into my regular strength training and it’s been so fun to challenge my body in a different way!
So happy that you keep adding new content to your channel. I always look forward to your new videos (while still repeating some older ones). You change things up to keep them challenging, and interesting! Thank you!
