    My barre studio shut down in person classes and I was devastated. I am so glad I found this channel because this workout was amazing. I did it in the morning with light ankle weights on for an extra challenge and I was dripping sweat by the end. I can’t believe she is able to talk the whole time this woman is in amazing shape. This was exactly what I needed to kickstart my day. Loved it and looking forward to adding this to my at home workout routine!!

    Great class! Had to play it low volume without music (which is a total must normally) because baby was napping but I didn't even miss it. Your personality is adorable and genuine. I am dripping sweat and barely felt the time go by. Thank you!

    I've been doing your workouts for about 6 months. As someone of an older "vintage", this was the toughest, so had to modify some. However, after 30 minutes, I feel invigorated, and those muscles too! Thanks for these videos as well as your encouraging, positive personality.

    Yes! I tried this at 33 weeks pregnant using some modifications that i learnt in your pregnancy vids. Loved the burn and you keep me distracted with your upbeat chatter. Thank you for providing this content..lockdowns here keep the crossfit gym closed and I would have never normally tried something like this but I'm hooked!

    I am 34 weeks pregnant and following your workouts since April and wooow this one kicked my a**! Super challenging but I feel great doing it (I modify a little bit the core part at the end) Thanks again for your motivation and those videos :-)

    This barre exercise is INTENSE. The burn hurts so good, I am always shaking like a leaf and dripping in sweat at the end. Amazing workout!

    That was fun, it was like time travel through the exercise ages: isometric, Denise Austin moves, tae-bo, pilates, yoga, and barre. Good for those of us who get easily bored and who are ADD about our exercise routine. She goes kind of fast, but just roll with it and smile.

    So I have NEVER commented on anything before but I had to say this is probably the best workout I’ve tried on RUclips or in person! I love how it incorporates all the muscle groups and cardio, and I love the pace! I don’t have time to think if I’m sweaty or getting tired just keep going to the next move! 😄 Your positivity is contagious. Thank you thank you for this workout! Definitely trying more

    I loved this workout, I was in ballet years(and I mean years) ago and I have always loved inspired barre workouts but... I have never found one where I felt like I pushed myself and got a good workout until I found this one. I do your workouts 2-3 times a week and I love them!!! Thank you!!!

    I love these cardio barre routines, they are very intense, but very effective, they work the whole body. A very complete exercise routine, you do cardio, burn fat and tone up at the same time. Thank you for these elaborate videos. Thank you for helping us improve our health.

    This was on my recommended page and I'm so glad I tried it! This was definitely one of the most challenging online barre/pilates classes I've tried on RUclips! I loved how dumbbells were incorporated to intensify the arm workouts which are often neglected in barre!

    Lindsey, you're the only instructor I trust when you suggest a range for hand weights! I'll usually go up in weights with other videos but that sooo does not happen here!! LOL
    I'm also loving these barre videos!! My downstairs neighbors thank you for the lack of floor weight exercises. 😅I don't sound like an angry t-rex anymore! 🦖💥

    I did this today instead of the 30-Minute Yoga Sculpt on the plan. This was a new workout for me but man did I feel the 🔥 in my legs. I mean I was shaking. I will definitely do this one again. I’m sweating over here like I just did a HIIT workout. Nice and warm for for these cold New England temps. 😆

    Wow... that is an intense 30 minutes! This is a very full workout and moves quickly ... great if you are short on time but want a challenging workout. I’m trying to do lower impact cardio to help with my knees, hips, and back and this one didn’t have much impact (and plenty of low impact options). Thank you!

    I've tried a lot of video exercises and barre classes, and I'm soooo glad I found this! I LOVE how you add the arm exercises in between to give the legs a break! Maybe a 45-min version as well? ;) Thank you thank you!

    I don't typically like barre but since you do it so much in your challenges decided to give it a try. I LOVE this workout. Was such a good burn on my thighs! I also really like the tempo of it and how weights are incorporated to make it more intense. This is definitely going into my rotation and I can't wait to give your other barre workouts a try!

    Great workout as always! :) I'm glad you've steered away from close-ups in your more recent workouts; the close-ups actually hindered my progress...I couldn't tell what you were doing until the camera-man zoomed out!

    Wow!! The sweat was literally dripping off me doing this! I could hardly grip my weights 😅 You def need a sweat towel close by for this one! Xx Such a different way to work out but you really feel the burn like no other workout xx Another amazing workout from nml - Thankyou xx

    I just love this workout! Definitely a go to almost every week. I think my favorite line is when you say “we are going to give the legs a break” while we continue to plie squat. 😂🤪

    I just did this and it was fun and challenging! Love the mix in of cardio. I’ve been finding new workout channels now that we are in quarantine. I’m glad I found yours! 30 minutes went by so fast. Maybe you could do a 45 minute one :) thanks so much!
