Today was a "15 minutes is better than no minutes" day, as I had a busy day with the littles and a husband home with a debilitating migraine, so it was Soooooo encouraging to hear you say at the end that it was good for morning, evening *whenever* you can fit it in (as I'm fitting it in right before dinner) and even tho it was only 15 minutes.
I know this is probably one of your easier workouts, but I love having this option for when I have my period and my energy is so low. It’s nice to have a quick and not too strenuous option for movement
I am a mother, wife, worker and also a housewife, I must say that I adore and love these short routines, I do not have much time, but your routines are very intense, very good and very effective to work the whole body. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to find 10, 15, and 20 minute cardio, full body, barre, and kickboxing routines. Please keep doing short cardio routines for those of us who don't have as much time to exercise. A hug from Spain.
This was perfect!! I used to pay a lot of money for an hour at a barre studio in my town a couple of years ago, and I have to say…I prefer your workout! So effective in the amount of time we are moving.🔥
