    Today was a "15 minutes is better than no minutes" day, as I had a busy day with the littles and a husband home with a debilitating migraine, so it was Soooooo encouraging to hear you say at the end that it was good for morning, evening *whenever* you can fit it in (as I'm fitting it in right before dinner) and even tho it was only 15 minutes.

    I know this is probably one of your easier workouts, but I love having this option for when I have my period and my energy is so low. It’s nice to have a quick and not too strenuous option for movement

    I am a mother, wife, worker and also a housewife, I must say that I adore and love these short routines, I do not have much time, but your routines are very intense, very good and very effective to work the whole body. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to find 10, 15, and 20 minute cardio, full body, barre, and kickboxing routines. Please keep doing short cardio routines for those of us who don't have as much time to exercise. A hug from Spain.

    This was perfect!! I used to pay a lot of money for an hour at a barre studio in my town a couple of years ago, and I have to say…I prefer your workout! So effective in the amount of time we are moving.🔥

    I love this barre workout -- I am a NML lifer and it's SO great for an active recovery day. I am dripping with sweat just from the quick 15 minutes!! Thanks Linds!!

    So Funny - My 3-Yr Old just asked me “Where’s her sister, Monmy?” Please let Rachel know that she was missed. We LOVE our NML workouts! ❤

    I so appreciate these tough but safe and quick workouts! I'm postpartum after my second pregnancy and I love being able to work out and heal my body at the same time. You are so encouraging and positive -- a true blessing to us mamas! Thank you!

    This is quickly becoming one of my favorite workouts. I always feel it and it is 15 minutes so it feels very doable.

    wow, this one seems so easy but when you start doing it, it is something! and it got my heart rate up and the slow motion and pulses feels so great!. Loved it

    Really liked this one!! I added this to the 10 min dynamic stretching on the split strong program. My baby hasn't been sleeping and this momma is sleepy! This felt so good and energizing on my tired body and mind! Thank you :)

    Definitely sweaty I don’t usually do barre but it was definitely a challenge with 4.4 pound weights.💪👍

    Hi, Lindsay! Great workout! Can you try to include variations for people like me whose wrists and thumbs hurt due to previous injuries? I had De Quervain’s Tendosynovitis and it’s never fully healed. Thank you!!
