  • Barre Class Workout - FULL BODY SCULPTING - 15 Minutes - Low Impact Home Workout
    This Barre Ballet Workout is designed to sculpt your ballerina body. It is a low impact 15 minute workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a barre or chair to act as a barre, set of light weights (1.5-2kg) and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.
    In this class, we do a great set at the barre, then we hit the floor for upper body and core exercises.

    Your instructions are so helpful to really get that mind body connection. I've taken so many barre classes and I've never encountered one with such clear direction on how to position myself and what I should be doing/feeling. It was great! Thank you!!

    I really enjoyed this workout and plan on doing it for a full week. I intend to move to 30 minutes by next week. I really enjoy barre. Thank you for this.

    This is one of my favorite workout of all time. I wake up so tire this morning but I want to workout and this one was perfect, just when I start feeling exahusted the routine end. You can do this when you have not time and still want to do an intense and complete full body workout. Love it!
