    I cannot believe I did 25 lb DBs for that last set of Arnold Presses!!! After 5 years with Sydney, I still am blown away by the fact that I still learn from her every day!
    And, at 61 I finally feel comfortable in my own skin for the first time in my life.
    Thank you Sydney! You have trained me in so many more ways than just physical fitness and I am a Sydney Student for life💪🏻💕🙌

    Oooh the temptation to NOT show up was strong after a very late night thanks to the Eagles game. My mind said sleep, my body said we workout in the mornings, GET UP. My body won and I’m feeling proud of myself for showing up today!

    One thing Sydney said a few workouts ago has been really helpful in all aspects of my life. When you are struggling, don't focus on the negative. See it as a transformation to the next better version of yourself. My tricep is actually my bicep lol

    Achieved progressive overload today by taking less rest in each circuit round and going heavier when I could. I even had my daughter help place the dumbbell on my back for two rounds of planks at the end! Great work this week y’all! Stronger week 1 Crushed!!! 🙌🏼🥵🥵💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥 Happy birthday Sydney!!🥳🎈❤️😘🎂

    Today my progressive overload was just more mind-body connection. I've been traveling, and instead of following her normal workouts, I've been squeezing this in 3 times a week. I love it because it gets my heart rate up too!

    I was sick for this workout. Just a cold, but my body feels like it weighs a ton and I’m EXHAUSTED. Enough that I considered doing everything body weight today if I was even able to do it at all - well, I did it. Weights and all, only having to go down in weight for a couple moves. I still feel sick but mentally I’m so grateful that I did it. Sydney, I loved this format! It sped by and was exactly what I needed for a sick workout day. It’s been almost 6 years with you now and I’m more grateful for you everyday.

      🙌🏼 right there with you! I’ve got a head cold, the kids go back to school and I swear we spend the next 6-8 months sick one or another one of us. If I skipped every time I got a cold with the kids I would miss a lot of workouts. I loved the format too, made it feel like it went by quickly.

    Girl you are amazing! I love all the advice you give and as a physician assistant I talk to my patients about this and also share your videos with them to hopefully motivate them to be encouraged to make lifestyle changes for their physical and mental health! Thank you for being a constant in my life for over a year now. I think about your workouts and the encouragement you give daily! You’ve literally changed my life and my Roomate and I joke that we feel like you’re our friend lol! You’ve also changed my patients lives as well, helping with their diabetes, obesity, even depression.     My body is a little *wooo gurl 👀 You stepping it up " this month. So a little bit feeling glutes and abs and all of it. So today I did 4 rounds of everything. First round with body weight/baby weight and then progressed in each round from there. I love this month

    I used my heaviest available weights, 35lbs dumbbells for the single-leg suitcase squats to progressively overload today and am now looking forward to a long stretch. First week of “Stronger” 👑💪❤️‍🔥

    Hit some new PRs today! 25 lb Arnold press, 50 lb goblet heel lifted squats, 50 lb lateral lunges, 30 lb tricep overhead extension, 40 lb staggered suitcase deadlift. Thanks for pushing me!

    I had to do the leg raises on the bench because on the floor was way too easy! Definitely a pleasant surprise!!

    This was great. I achieved progressive overload by using heavier dumbbells on some of the circuits. Thank you for helping me get stronger, Sydney. Thank you Sydney Squad teammates for working out with me.
