      I just did another video because of the delay. It was meant to be. The pep talk at the end, just what I needed!!! Got up and did workout because of the words in the out of order one. God wink. I came with what I had,no judgements. Thanks Sydney 💕

    It is funny how people from all aver the world are waiting for the usual time of Sydney’s video and we all freaked out when this was delayed today but from what I read at the comments , due to our consistency, we all did a previous workout from the channel

    I crushed this one, I got enough sleep schedule going, drinking a bunch of water and now i want to add-in some fuel my body. Thank you Sydney for giving a heartwarming speech after every workout much ♥️ previously I used to indulge in some naughty foods after but I will stop doing that.

    I am new to the program started a week before you started Stronger. I love your tips every week and truly feel like I have my own in house personal trainer. You have a great personality for this!
