So do you have to get the calendar to see the schedule to know what older videos you’re supposed to use? I just don’t want to guess and do a leg workout and then she posts a leg workout the next day and I’m already sore.

My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 15 lbs to 30 lbs!! Her biceps are very thick and strong! I feel really low and defeated :(

I did this workout today as my arms were so sore from Tuesday. I realized I could have done this workout yesterday as the motions were different but Sydney always has told us that you take of yourself and if you feel you need a rest day, take it. I did today and I know I couldn't have done it yesterday. This was super hard. Great job everyone who did this workout yesterday.
First workout since I lost my little workout buddy 😢 getting started was hard & plenty of tears were shed while I was setting up but I'm proud I finally got a workout done 👍🏻 in memory of my little Mosely and all the times he joined me on my mat 💜

Great workout. I believe in letting the muscle rest properly in between sets, so I always alternate sides in unilateral movements. I am glad today Sydney did as well. I usually always alternate, no matter what’s going on on the screen, but it’s nice to be in sync with my beautiful trainer. ❤
Was travelling for the last two days so now I'm playing catch up. Felt this in my arms and I am glad that I pulled myself out of bed to catch up on my workouts. Will do Spicy Legs a bit later today. Thanks Sydney.
Crushed it. I mixed this week up a little - nice thing about 3 workouts is using the flexibility! Monday I was toast and needed a day off. Tuesday I did Monday’s but made it push. Yesterday legs, tomorrow cardio, Saturday rest, Sunday first 5K in a year. As a result I think I liked this one more than some other people did. Make it work for you!
Oh my gosh Sydney, I loved this pull workout! Very intense isolated work on the back and biceps! 🔥💪This was just what I needed today to feel strong and capable. The analogy of using the idea of "pulling yourself back" in life was great! Sometimes I do need to pull myself back from straying off my path I have set for myself. Thank you for a great workout, and awesome motivation! 😊

TRUST OUR QUEEN 👸 🎉 I doubled up Monday & Tuesday’s workouts. Full AND Upper body that were 🔥! And I was still absolutely able to CRUSH another upper body today 💪🏻💪🏻 Thank you Sydney and Dustin too (my almost 3 yr old had a dance party the second half of the workout. Great music!)
