love this community so much!!!! Amazing work everyone. Today, marks I'm down 20 lbs, over 6.6 months. I did it ALL with Sydney. I had gained weight when we moved to south florida and I was so down and depressed, hjaving stepped away from my consistent, daily Sydney workouts (which I've done since my first son was born in 2017), but through all of your support, motivation, momentum and love, I did it, am doing it, will continue to do it. Thank you!

Love love this upper body boot camp!! I did not give up when it started to burn and i did not have to go down in weights when it was getting tough. I really loved this work out and proud of myself for using challenging weights. Great job everyone for crushing this workout!!

Hi! Is this lesson also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 2 lb dumbbells throughout but could not last more than 16 minutes when my upper body completely gave up and I stopped. My MIL did the full lesson using dumbbells from 12 lbs to 25 lbs!! Her biceps are very thick and strong like Coach Sydney's! I feel really low and defeated :(
Had a hard time concentrating this morning. I didn't sleep very well and was told not the best news about my dad last week. Had a few days of eating my feelings but really trying to break that habit and lean more into what I can control. Hope everyone has a great day!

Just discovered Sydney's workouts for the first time and I am so excited to work out again!! This was an amazing upper body workout! I loved the fast pace and it had the perfect amount of instruction and encouragement.
Done and I then could barely move my arms in the shower 😂 Thank you Sydney ❤ I am lifting heavier for bent rows and chest presses (compared to last year) and it’s all thanks to you 🎉
