I liked getting the inchworm push-ups out of the way in the first half of the workout. I find that if I speed up the push-up, it’s slightly less intimidating, and was able to add one extra each time, concentrating on good form.

Sydney totally called me out in her end motivation talk. In the midst of hammer curls I was thinking how I’m not feeling excited by this anymore and just blah in general. She can read minds i swear! Thanks Sydney for the pep talk, I’ll keep sticking to it!
I don’t feel bad when life happens, I just go back to it because in the long run consistency has been key. I used to feel bad when I couldn’t workout one day, and felt that I might go back to not doing it, now I trust my self Sydney has been so great🎉🎉 thanks

Boy oh boy!!! 30 minutes was extremely challenging. My favorite was definitely the one with the inchworm. I actually did my pushups on my toes. I have become so much stronger and continue to become even stronger. Loving all the variety of workouts. Thanks Sydney. 💕
