BIG water bottle person with my electrolytes and creatine in it! started using it 7 years ago during my breastfeeding journey with my 1st daughter and its now a part of my everyday routine! A hydrated body and brain is key!

Yaaaasss! I was feeling swoll halfway through that workout and the 2 up 2 down definitely makes for a better connection and burn. I’m defo in the smaller water bottle boat, but will say I need to step up my refill game 😮 Here’s to drinking more water today!

Crushed it. Due to a nasty cold and a sore upper body from dealing with a 60 pound puppy who got into water she couldn’t get out of a few days ago, it was a consistency over everything else sort of day. To that end I didn’t really like the cuing because it was a day I couldn’t keep up and it was a little distracting and dispiriting. Pushed (pulled) with what I had today. Have a good weekend everyone!
Great job everyone!! I'm a large, clear water bottle person!! I like to fill it up and see my consumption throughout the day. Kinda like the oil dipstick in a car but in reverse....the lower the water level, the better and then I can see when I need to fill up then get low again.

Hello happy Friday Sydney Squad! I am a in between sm and L bottle. I an blessed at work with a water fountain and at home. So getting up to refill is my challenge. I feel under when I dont drink enough! So I just get back up and retake my hydration. 🎉
This was great! I crushed it! I love upper body and core workouts! I use a 40 oz water bottle for extra drinking and a 30 oz for working out and I drink an 18 oz as soon as I get up! I love all water bottle sizes! Thank you!
