Thank you for saying the hip clicking is normal!!! I have always thought I must be doing something wrong when doing ab exercises. My goal has been to strengthen my core. I am seeing progress but have a ways to go. I am still modifying some of the moves, but that's ok. Almost done with week 2 and feeling good!!

Having a dedicated container for water, knowing how much water it holds, and just counting how many times you fill it, really helps with tracking water intake!
Those canoe and scissors abs were KILLER! Your story made me laugh … “While waiting for my banana zucchini muffin to heat up, I thought of these exercises!” 😂😂😂 Question about those specific exercises … I really felt it in my hip flexors. Is there a way to keep proper form without the flexor burn? Can you talk about this in the abs section of a future video or create a short?
I am on my fourth bottle of water today. It's kind of silly, but getting a bottle with a straw has made all the difference for me. Thanks for this Sydney!
