    That first shoulder set though 😅 The burn was real the WHOLE workout. Felt a great connection with my abs. My body is changing in ways I’ve desired for years. I’ve been with Sydney for 5+ years and didn’t really start to see results until I focus on my protein intake. Just ordered some more protein powder to keep my progress going!!! 💪 Great job everyone!

    9/24" For my reference, I used 25s rows, 15 curls, 20s shoulders and went through the first ab circuit before my time was up. Good workout.

    I’ve consumed about 50oz of water today, still working on it! I’ve been trying to get myself back into working out consistently, I missed going to the gym at 6am this morning but after work I pushed myself to show up. I’m glad I did! Thank you Sydney!

    Thank you for saying the hip clicking is normal!!! I have always thought I must be doing something wrong when doing ab exercises. My goal has been to strengthen my core. I am seeing progress but have a ways to go. I am still modifying some of the moves, but that's ok. Almost done with week 2 and feeling good!!

      Having a dedicated container for water, knowing how much water it holds, and just counting how many times you fill it, really helps with tracking water intake!

    Those canoe and scissors abs were KILLER! Your story made me laugh … “While waiting for my banana zucchini muffin to heat up, I thought of these exercises!” 😂😂😂
    Question about those specific exercises … I really felt it in my hip flexors. Is there a way to keep proper form without the flexor burn? Can you talk about this in the abs section of a future video or create a short?

    Wow really felt all three muscle groups burning through this--very effective workout! My biceps were toast half-way through the supersets and that canoe and reverse crunch combo was killer! 💪🏽
