Crushed it Sydney. Although it is a holiday for me, I woke up and crushed this workout and did the 20 minute joint stretch after this. I think my favorite with chest fly combined with skull crushers. I am trying get my triceps strong and form. Loved this no repeats workout and I loved the fact that every exercise variation surprised me as I saw how my body reacted to it. 💕

The fact that I showed up to this workout today showed me just how strong I am and that nothing can stop me once I made up my mind today is my best friend 30th he died 5 months ago its hard but I didn't make excuses I showed up am super proud of myself great way to start the work week 4

Fan Favorite 30 min day 4 CRUSHED!!! My favorite part of the workout was the heavy then light weights. It did definitely keep me engaged! What caught me off guard was the pike pushups. I just kept saying WOMAAAAN every time I was surprised. I don't believe I completed this workout during the original programming so I'm glad to have completed this with you!
Loved the no repeats today! Also, the fact I did all the push-ups without being on my knees was a huge goal of mine! I would love to see more push-up variations!💪💕 thank you for a strong workout today!
