Hardest part of that workout was putting my arms above my head for the cooldown 😅 I loved the new overhead shoulder move! Loving all the new exercises this year ❤ Seems like there’s one new move each workout 😊

This year marks 5 years I've been consistent with Sydney! 🎉 I feel a little defeated lately since I seem to shape up everywhere except of course the mid section 😔 I even do sprints 3x/ week after workouts & in the warmer months I do biking outdoors. I have been loving the 30 minute workouts the last two months. It has been so much easier for me with 2 kids under 4 to find the time throughout my day to fit in a 30 minute workout rather than almost an hour. Thank you so much for all that you do! I have been working out with you for 4 years now. I fell off for about a year and packed on about 81 pounds with my son. I have lost 95 pounds this last year.
Ohh Sydney I didn't know you were pregnant and I am so happy for you! That baby got a great mama. I wish you the best in this process and thank ypu for modeling what is to be no matter what with you health and fitness life. I love yoooou. I needed the post-workout talk today. Thanks Sydney! I didn't give up but I struggled again with the shoulder presses. I managed to do the Arnold's with my 20s but I had to drop down immediately in the first round of the last circuit because I couldn't move them up. I'll definitly continue working on that!
