I'll admit, I like mountain climbers! They are one of those cardio moves, where you really get your money's worth! Arms, abs, legs, glutes, all get invited to the party! Superb workout. Absolutely loved this format. Super challenging. My favorite was the cardio portion because it sure gave a spice after working upper, lower and abs. Sweating like crazy but have the feeling of being done for the day. Thanks Sydney. ❤
