Thank you Sydney for making these workouts available! I started back in 2020 and have kept going since! My MIL moved in with us last year and she has joined me almost daily, she has had several back surgeries so she modifies but it’s absolutely changed her quality of life!! And encouraged me! I’ve lost 20lbs as of a year ago today, that’s never happened. Thank you for your faithfulness in encouraging us and equipping us Sydney ( we are just starting this program as we were late starting in the year due to illness but we are going to keep pressing on!
I am in India, ss a few days behind on Drive, started Flex today so that I keep up and motivated, love the feeling that we are all striving together. It is a much more motivating than just selecting you tube programmes - thank you Sydney

THAT was AWESOME! Felt really good to push hard. I bumped up everytime I could and pushed to failure a few times. I also tried bumping up a few times and couldn't budge the weight so had to drop back down, but I tried. Looking forward to seeing how much progress I make this month. Let's do this!
