    Back to basics I loved! As someone with a hip replacement and disc removed from my lower back plus probably the oldest person doing the workouts(71) I am living proof you can build to increased strength over time .I used a barbell with 10 kg either end for RDL did wall squats with 7.5 kg on my lap for each round .Yes ,I am sweaty at the end but still have enough in my tank to go and do a distance swim after I sit and rehydrate for a short period. So have belief in yourself! Thanks Sydney great workout as always.

      I'm almost 60! Glad to know there are a few more of us older gals in the group. I just love Sydney's workouts - you can dial it up or down as needed. Just keep moving!

      All of you are an inspiration for me, that I can continue this throughout the years! I’m currently 46 and sometimes feel like my joints can’t take it, but I keep pushing!

    Back to Basics - love these core targeted muscles essential for so much of what we do - felt the pump and sweat. Sydney, you build us up mentally and physically, we are grateful for all that you do to support our health and wellbeing.

    This workout was a complete butt kicker and I love/hate it! It’s was tough but I LOVE that I stuck with it and feel amazing after. Love you girl!

    Great basics workout but lawd, those transitions were quick for a strength workout! Didn’t feel like I could lift as heavy as I wanted to bc my heart rate was high from moving quickly.
    Happy to have these workouts!! ❤

    Crushed it! I love this back to basics workout! Sometimes I just want a basic strength training workout with nothing fancy. The squat hold circuit had my quads burning! 🔥

    I love this workout! It felt so good to get back to basics and see how much stronger I had gotten in the moves!!! Pushed all the heavy is even when I doubted myself. The squat holds at the end were burning 🔥

    Favoloso lower body,l'ho trovato intenso,l'ultimo pazzesco,adoro i lower body,questo è da rifare,movimenti basici,ma fatti in modo forte,con pesi e tempo diverso,grazie Sydney,grazie per aiutarmi a essere più forte,fisicamente ma anche mentalmente,grazie,adoro Reps fase 2,adoro ogni tuo workout,mi danno la giusta energia,grazie,sei la migliore personal,e il top di oggi è delizioso,grazie a Dustin e al tuo team,grazie di cuore,Reps favoloso e il lower body è super super super top!!!!Grazie!!!

    Back to Basics another Fave!! I pushed the heavy weights started with my max challenging weight and pushed through each set keeping the pace of 1-2 and holy moly I crushed it! Thank you Sydney for encouraging me all the way!

    Forgot to come comment last night. This is another one that passed fast. I’m proud to say I made it through all rounds of wall sits..I distracted myself by doing body weight arm moves, before I knew it Sydney was counting down to one.
