    Back to basics I loved! As someone with a hip replacement and disc removed from my lower back plus probably the oldest person doing the workouts(71) I am living proof you can build to increased strength over time .I used a barbell with 10 kg either end for RDL did wall squats with 7.5 kg on my lap for each round .Yes ,I am sweaty at the end but still have enough in my tank to go and do a distance swim after I sit and rehydrate for a short period. So have belief in yourself! Thanks Sydney great workout as always.

      I'm almost 60! Glad to know there are a few more of us older gals in the group. I just love Sydney's workouts - you can dial it up or down as needed. Just keep moving!

    Never doubt a 30 minute workout with Sydney! It’s just less rest between sets!!! Yea baby!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

    Very challenging leg day! Long work periods and 3 sets of each, really let that burn set in. These kinds of workouts are my favorite. Straight forward movements, no complicated positions, just super effective, strong muscle building moves. Sydney does it like no one else! Thank you!

    Great basics workout but lawd, those transitions were quick for a strength workout! Didn’t feel like I could lift as heavy as I wanted to bc my heart rate was high from moving quickly.
    Happy to have these workouts!! ❤

    I was happy to see a 30 minute workout, but I prefer a longer one if there's more rest periods in between. The rest time went by way too fast for me. I'm so glad to be done (with the help of the pause button)! 😅 I really liked the last move. ☺

    Missed this one yesterday due to work and all the prep things for today so I had to take these 30 minutes for myself and I’m so glad I did! This was tougher than I expected I think because I’m so tired but I did what I could with the day and energy I had! Happy Thanksgiving y’all!     A great workout, thanks! I especially love it when you remind us to put the heel down first when doing forward lunges! Just one thing - I couldn't do the Supermans, because of my lower back, but I found that the Bird-dog exercise is a great substitute

    Wow that was a pretty good surprising burner. Challenged myself with heavier weights & surprised myself how much my form improved. Although Sydney not physically with me I do feel like her prep talk through the movements do help with form check as long as we’re being honest with ourselves right. This was 👍🏼 .

    I know you posted this a year ago, but I really could use and would love more workouts like this. This was fantastic. Back to basics is sometimes the best thing. No fancy moves or combo. Just good old strength training.

    I love this workout! It felt so good to get back to basics and see how much stronger I had gotten in the moves!!! Pushed all the heavy is even when I doubted myself. The squat holds at the end were burning 🔥
