  • Welcome to your lower body workout today, I know you're going to love this one! This routine is designed to target your legs and glutes, providing an epic burn and a powerful training intention. Stay tuned to our Up Next window for seamless transitions and make the most of your rest periods.
    Each exercise will be performed for 3 rounds of 45 seconds, aiming for 8-12 reps per round. Push yourself to the limit and embrace the burn, aiming to reach failure by the third round. Select challenging resistance levels to maximize your results!

    I love a glute band workout. As a matter of fact, one of your leg band only (no weights) 30 min workouts from many moons ago is my go-to when I’m on vacation and my legs are always so sore!!! I wish every day was a glute day, lol. I’m still far from my glute goals but I’ve made so much progress from where I was. So so grateful for these free workouts.

    I loved this workout! It is nice to switch it up and not do heavy weights all the time! It looks like I wasn’t alone, either. I began my workout with 689 views and finished with about 1500. Let’s go!

    Wasn’t feeling great this morning and really thought about pressing snooze and procrastinating this workout. But just gave my decision a few seconds and thought this would be better for me and I would be better for it. This workout burned + flew by!! Thank you Sydney 😊

    I definitely needed this type of leg workout. My knees have been a little snappy lately. Not sure why, but was certainly happy to have a little lighter workout. It definitely burned so no matter what your muscles need changes here and there!!! Happy Wednesday!!!

      Are you sure to keep your knees behind your toes all times? I made that form mistake and would get clicks in my knees all the time which led to pain everytime.

    Yes please! I loved this one and would enjoy having more workouts like this! Im currently working on stabilizing my hips after two hip injuries that resulted in a lot of imbalances. I will be doing this workout again for sure

    Right after complaining I don't want to workout my toddler twice this week asked me to do it! I skipped few and chose this "easy" one! It was fantastic to be able to move.

    I cannot tell you how much I love this workout. Abs are a weakness for me and my neck but I do them. Standing is such a great alternative and I still worked so hard. Loved the play list! So powerful! ❤

    Loved this workout today - was perfect for how I felt. Woke up with headache but with using the bands and no bending over the workout did not impact the headache.
