Today was my first day working out again in probably 8 months. I’ve always followed Sydney’s programs but the last few months I fell off HARD. I know I’ll be sore tomorrow but I’m so proud of myself for getting up early and getting it done. Looking forward to another workout tomorrow 🎉
I love doing these workouts! I just discovered them several weeks ago and feel great after them. I already feel like I can go up in weights, but I have a small hernia developed during cancer treatments and I just assume I should not try higher weights so 20 is the highest I go. I’m proud of myself for doing these!
way to go! i always remember that sydney preaches giving 100 percent of whatever you have that day - if you have 20% to give, then give 100 of that 20%. You’re obviously killing it and i’m rooting for you!!

I am doing this Tuesday because I had an endoscopy yesterday morning. My throat and esophagus are feeling pretty sore this morning, but I didn't want to make this the 3rd day not working out, so I did it with 8 and 10 lb dumbbells. 😅 Still showed up, got my body moving, and even broke a little sweat. Trying to not think about a polyup they removed; have to wait a week to hear back from the lab. 🙏
Loved this one so freaking much. Loved the fact that it was a "big" circuit with three exercises and love the combo moves. Those romanian deadlift with the feet on the wall WOW it elevate the level of difficulty. Thank you so so so much Sydney !!!

On that last set of side lunges, did anyone else notice how low Sydney got...I literally stopped mid lunge in awe! That girl got low! Wowsers! This was an amazing workout! Old school circuit style, powerful moves, and great core work! I loved this! Thank you for another wonderful workout!
Mamma Mia. I trust myself. Awesome workout. Circuit style was so challenging. The 30.mins had me sweating like crazy. Ab exercises are super hard for me but I keep working on getting my core strong and never give up. Thanks Sydney and Dustin for such awesome workouts. Hope we will see Dustin one of these days working out with us. Thanks. ❤
For the first time this week I did better at listening to my body. I was traveling and started to feel run down and sick so I took Monday and Tuesday off for rest and just ate good veggies and protein and drank the water. Today I felt energized enough for a workout. Felt great but woo after feeling sick it felt like my very first workout. Thank you for posting
