    What a great start to the week 🥰!! I can’t believe how strong we’ve gotten and that we still haven’t even tapped into our full potential. I didn’t think I could go up in weight in the last round of those sit-ups but I grabbed a 30 lb. dumbbell, tried it, and ended up getting through the whole round! I’m so proud of all of us! Thank you for the challenge, Sydney ❤️!

    We are getting stronger! I really never envisioned myself being able to do 70lb RDLs and situps with a 30lb weight overhead, but here I am! Loving this journey, proud of ME and proud of YOU!

    I am so happy with the FLEX program! I started pushing my strength last summer and now I am not only using heavier weights; I also feel the benefits of a strong core. Pick up that next heavier weight, slow down your rep, and include an extra half-rep to increase resistance. You never know how strong you are until you push yourself!

    Going on no sleep, but I’m pretty sure im addicted to these workouts. My alarm went off and my body said NO WAY but my mind said, YES! The 30 min was what really got me up. I thought, I know I’m exhausted, but I can give 30 min. Here’s to a better night of rest and a 💪🏼 emoji cause despite no sleep, I crushed it!

    It's been exactly 1 years of training with all you and Sydney. When I first started I despised leg day! Now 1 year later. 30 pound for my defecit lunges, 50 pounds heel lifted squats. What progress. I went from crying. To absolutely loving how STRONG my legs are ! You are all awesome 🎉.. keep keep pushing. It's working 🙌

    I haven’t worked out with Sydney for a few months but this is my day 1 back and I was really excited to see that she has a new program for March! This was a fun 30 min workout got my legs, arms shaking! But felt great to get back into and proud of myself for pushing me to do this!! 💪 let’s gooo

    I surprised myself in today's workout. For the first time I hammer curled my 20lb weights for an entire set! In the past I was able to curl my 20's about 3-4 times and then drop back down to my 15's. Today I actually finished one entire set!
    Progression feels great!

    I flexed my confidence in sticking to heavy weights throughout the workout. Although this was just 30 minutes, it had so much spice and heat in it. Ready for the rest of the day!!!!

    Great Monday challenge!! Sydney at the end of the ab set said challenge yourself with an ambitious weight. I looked to my side and saw my 20lb dumbbell lying there so I grabbed it and was able to do the whole last set with it!! First time going that high in Wei for my abs and I surprised myself!! Pretty proud of my efforts today! 🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I’m 4:10 H and 99.5 lbs, I started workout 🏋️‍♀️ with dumbbells from 4 to 10 lbs, now with your encouraging I’m up to 10 to 20 lbs and some exercise, very, very happy 😃 and proud of you 👍 for helping me to get there.     I RDLY didn't think I could do another dead lift after last week! Wowsers, those hamstrings were 🔥! Absolutely fantastic workout! It was so challenging and fun! Those 30 minutes flew by! Thank you!

    "you can do hard things! Wow, I was able to finish the ab move with a 25l bs weight! My 15s felt light, moved to my 20 lbs, then you have to try 25 lbs. Thanks, Sydney for helping me with my confidence and getting stronger!
