      I liked it all because it was 30 minute intervals and we worked legs and arms in each round so I felt I could go heavier because that body part would get a little rest in between sets and rounds. Thank You Sydney! You look AMAZING Mama Bear ❤🙏

    I LOOOOOOVE these 30 minute workouts, with 30 second work periods. I usually lift heavier, and the workout goes by so much faster!

    This was just what I needed….thankful for the dedication addition that I added over 3 years ago. I woke up with a little back issue and thought about not doing it, but I said you will feel better, your back will loosen up. Done and feeling good. Have a happy Monday!!!

    Another great workout Sydney!! I have been working out since I was in my early 30's, went through breast cancer last year, and still making my physical and mental health a priority. It is a life style so keep going ladies. Trust me it is all worth it!!!

    These workouts are really saving my life right now! Thank you, Sydney! This workout was a fantastic way to start the day and week. I’m committed to showing up for myself via workouts 3-4 more days this week, and have been locked in pretty consistently with nutrition. My daughter had a soccer tournament over the weekend, and it was the first time I had several meals prepped for myself for the weekend stay. I’m very proud of myself and for everyone who has been consistently showing up! Let’s go!

    These 30 minute power workouts for 30 second work periods are the best! I was finally able to get myself out of bed to do it early this morning before everybody woke up instead of waiting till after work when I’m exhausted and having to force myself to get through the work out. Love this one, love them all! Now my day is wide open - thanks Sydney for the motivation!!

    I have been really sick the last 3 weeks with a brutal cold/flu. I literally had zero energy to keep at it with the work outs but here I am, I am getting back into routine

    So , initially I thought with this month being only 30 mins workouts I’d tag a run or something extra.. Well to be fair, I should have realised..😅 These workouts ( just like all the others) are a perfect length that’s enabled me to really up my weights and still stay focused , So I’ve really concentrated on my stretching this month too
    . Life has got a bit exhausting lately and it would be easier to just do nothing, but knowing I can smash these workouts and know I can fit them in at a time has really helped . I was also struggling with a something last week and instead of giving up, I heard Sydney In my head to change my mindset ( one of her end of workout talks). , this has also changed my views on my fitness too. Thank you Sydney . I’ve worked out with you for 5 years , but now I’m really hearing you ❤

    today's motivational talk really resonated with me.... I'm trying to make a lot of healthy swaps in my life and I get easily overwhelmed and give up - Sydney says focus on one thing at a time, then when it's incorporated in your life, add the next, and so on. One thing at a time!

    Have recently upped my weights. It is interesting to see which moves are going well and which ones I struggle with. I find the stabilization ones the most challenging. Ironically this has helped me set my new workout goal! I'm a day late due to traveling, but I will catch up on the "rest" day. You've got this team, great HUSTLE everyone!
