These workouts are really saving my life right now! Thank you, Sydney! This workout was a fantastic way to start the day and week. I’m committed to showing up for myself via workouts 3-4 more days this week, and have been locked in pretty consistently with nutrition. My daughter had a soccer tournament over the weekend, and it was the first time I had several meals prepped for myself for the weekend stay. I’m very proud of myself and for everyone who has been consistently showing up! Let’s go!
These 30 minute power workouts for 30 second work periods are the best! I was finally able to get myself out of bed to do it early this morning before everybody woke up instead of waiting till after work when I’m exhausted and having to force myself to get through the work out. Love this one, love them all! Now my day is wide open - thanks Sydney for the motivation!!
I have been really sick the last 3 weeks with a brutal cold/flu. I literally had zero energy to keep at it with the work outs but here I am, I am getting back into routine Let's do this ❤💪
So , initially I thought with this month being only 30 mins workouts I’d tag a run or something extra.. Well to be fair, I should have realised..😅 These workouts ( just like all the others) are a perfect length that’s enabled me to really up my weights and still stay focused , So I’ve really concentrated on my stretching this month too . Life has got a bit exhausting lately and it would be easier to just do nothing, but knowing I can smash these workouts and know I can fit them in at a time has really helped . I was also struggling with a something last week and instead of giving up, I heard Sydney In my head to change my mindset ( one of her end of workout talks). , this has also changed my views on my fitness too. Thank you Sydney . I’ve worked out with you for 5 years , but now I’m really hearing you ❤

Have recently upped my weights. It is interesting to see which moves are going well and which ones I struggle with. I find the stabilization ones the most challenging. Ironically this has helped me set my new workout goal! I'm a day late due to traveling, but I will catch up on the "rest" day. You've got this team, great HUSTLE everyone!
