Ok, this workout was awesome! The format was fun and challenging! The variety kept things interesting, and the time flew by! My shoulders are still toast from REPS, but i pushed through the presses! I grabbed the calendar, it looks 🔥 Amazing workout! Thank you!

This was a great one! Quick and engaging. I loved PRE last year so I’m glad to see a similar program this April. Recommitting to my early morning wakeups and consistent nutrition this month
Oh my gosh I love the set!!!! I’m a black and gray chick so I’m loving it. I did take things slow today as I’ve been struggling a little bit with a muscle pull. Not stopping just adjusting the weights and going a little slower. Have a great Monday…if you ate some more yesterday than normal just get back on track!!!
Love the new set, but Sidney, it was hard to see you clearly because your outfit blended in with the background. An outfit in a contrasting color would be easier to see your form while doing the exercises. 😅

You bring such quality workouts to us EVERYTIME! Thank you for all you do 🩵 Just some feedback: I really love a lighter stage/backdrop. So much easier to see you and follow along somehow. Either way, I’ll follow you! But my favourite by far is the grey stage, or past summertime stages. Anything lighter :)
Great workout, but it was hard for me to see what you are doing, black outfit and black set aren’t great in that sense. I hope the Summertime Fine set returns next month.

Crushed it. Even though I definitely got stronger during Flex, the repetitive format was not my favorite. So happy to mix it up today. Love the set too! Looking forward to a great month.
Finished this series as the trifecta after Breakthrough and Drive. I haven’t felt and looked this way in a long time. Sydney is a top shelf instructor for getting results. It’s the great workout formats, the connected encouragement, form cues, enthusiasm, and sense of partnership. I’ve dropped fat and increased lean muscle mass. If you work with Sydney, you’ll be physically and mentally prepared for any kind of activity. Proof for me was after completing this, went on a week long wilderness backpacking trip. First day was 13.5 miles over a mountain pass with a group of very fit people, all but one younger than me. Although challenging, had no trouble maintaining a good pace on the climb and wasn’t overly sore the next day or throughout the week. Without these workouts, would have been a different story. I turned 60 this year, but with these workouts, feel more like 40! Thanks Sydney for being a high quality fitness coach and helping us all on our fitness journey. Truly a gift we all enjoy and benefit from!
