    I can't say that I love this format, but I can say that it was exactly what I needed. I'm in Israel and the stress from this war is paramount. I can't sleep, think straight, I have the feeling that I want to throw up all the time. I couldn't work out like I normally do. The last 4 days I just did yoga or breathwork. Today I finally felt ready to rip it and this repetetion was like a meditation. I focused, went all out, kept going and now that it's done, I feel stronger in the body and mind. Thank you Sydney and wDustin and community. You got me back after 2 pregnancies, Corona times and not this crisis. I am forever grateful.

      thank you. I had to get out of Israel. I'm in the states now. Feeling so much better. Missing my people and the food there, but it's the right decision.     I really appreciated the longer intros where she would mention everything you would need before the warmup in order for you to already be setup…but nonetheless it was an awesome workout! Very sweaty!!!! Just had to pause every now and then to setup!!

    OH MY GOODNESSS!! This was a H A R D one!! I was at my burnout before the last set!! I truly wanted to quit aft the second round but then Sydney said don't quit don't give up on yourself and I listened!! I have sweat rolling down my face and my basement windows were wide open!! The temperature here in Ontario is in the mid 40's F and a good breeze was coming in those windows and yet I was still sweating! I am so happy its finished my legs are quivering

    Incredible programs. I have been with her 5 years. She's untouchable in terms of knowledge and it factor as an instructor. Yet, I can't help but miss the slower openers from before she started the 3-2-1 count down opener. It's so quick. Having an open that is a bit more slow and has a transition helps me and others that workout with her in my group get more mentally ready for what's coming. It feels like everything else in life that is SO fast. It's an instant society... I feel and others that going back to that slower opener would be awesome!! Of course we will continue to support her and she is incredible....it's just taking us all still time to adjust.. we are trying. ❤

    OK, this is a classic Sydney Cummings workout! Wow, it was tough! The 4 rounds of each exercise really let that burn settle in! I was dripping sweat the entire workout! Absolutely 🔥! Please keep these tougher workouts coming! These are the kind of workouts that made us all huge Sydney fans! Thank you!!

    I crushed it!! Man, I almost walked away from the last set. I just was not feeling it. I did not quit, I came back, finished and felt good after the talk. There is a reason for your formats and I must trust the process.

    First workout in 2.5 months after breaking my leg and tearing meniscus. I missed leg days so much. I don't have full range of motion YET but i will thanks to you Sydney❤

    Might be bc it’s towards the end of the cycle, but this one’s gotta be the hardest I’ve done in recent months with Sydney🥵 my forearms already were at the brink of giving up half-way and my heart was beating crazy🔥 Can’t believe that I pulled it through and would love to give it another try when I’m at my peak💪🏼 Thanks Sydney for always pushing us to do harder things🙏🏼

    Happy Monday everyone! Crushing it looked different for me today…I really struggled with that one today for some reason. I hope I’m not getting sick but I felt so weak in my whole body the entire time. I had to stop and modify multiple times but I finished and I am sweaty from head to toe! If you finished,I am proud of you too! Tough workout but I’m saving it in my favorites so I can one day come back and see how far I’ve come!🙌🏼🥵🥵🥵

      I trudged through this one, too. It wasn't a fave, but I think it's because it wasn't super easy for me. But I agree, it's a good one to measure ourselves against in the future for that very reason! Hope you're giving yourself some grace and taking some extra time to recharge your batteries.

    Happy Monday Everyone! Crushed this amazing workout!! Honestly, I don't know how I did it, considering I only got about 6 hours of sleep the last two nights with yesterday being a very long and stressful day, but I am beyond excited that I completed it. Have a great day!!

    The outfit= Love the 90s vibes! The workout=heart was pumping, sweat was happening, face was very red haha. I had told myself "just do 30secs of each one if it gets to be too much" but I was able to stick with this format. It was tough in spots but you kept me motivated. Thank you!

    I am home with COVID and saw this workout early this morning and thought I was not well enough to attempt it. After resting much of the day I realized my body needed a little push, so slowly and carefully I just crushed this workout. Thank you, Sydney, for always encouraging us even when we don’t think we can do it!

    Wow at first I was like : oh okay today I am only going to do an easy 30 minutes workout but at the end i am drenched in sweat and it was such a challenge for me. The circuit style without the rest in between the four or two exercises really pushed me today. WOW !!! Thank you so so so much Sydney !!!

    This was not one of my favorite workouts I struggled really hard but I pushed through and the message at the end was just what I needed to hear. Some days it’s 30 pound weights the next day it’s 15. It was a lighter weight day struggle for me but I showed up 💪

    I took last week off and I was worried about getting back into the habit... first time ever in my life I can say it was easy this time! I have put in the effort all year and its paying off because now I know how to jump right back in. Crushed it!

    Pelvic floor physical therapist here-make sure your squeezing your pelvic floor up and in as you use your strong gluts to lift you up out of the squats! Thanks for an extra sweaty day Sydney. 😅

    So i never comment but i have been doing your videos on and off for a few years now. I'm still far away from reaching all my goals BUT out of curiosity I attempted to do a regular push up the other day to discover i can do 5 regular pushups in a row! I am 36 years old and have NEVER been able to do a regular push up! So thank you for your videos and your motivation! I might not see what i want on the scale but this nonscale victory almost made me cry and I am not an emotional person haha

    Absolutely LOVED this 30 minute masterpiece! Heart rate up at the beginning only to increase throughout the workout! I have done Yoga forthe past 4 days and really enjoyed this pump today!
