30 Minute Full Body Shred Workout | DRIVE - Day 11

- WELCOME TO YOUR WORKOUT! Let's get ready to crush it together to achieve lean arms, strong legs, a tight core, and a fit body! This workout is designed to be intense so give it all you've got in every work period. Grab a couple sets of dumbbells, a stability ball/sliders and a box or bench if you have one, and let's crush this one together!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds per exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of every circuit. The training variables we are aiming for this month are high intensity power and progressive overload. This means it's imperative in every workout that you work your hardest in every work period. Start on time and work all the way through the three beeps and finish strong and proud of yourself!

I felt really strong in those inchworm burpee pushups at the end! It's easy to feel like you are aren't making any progress from day to day but it's moments like that where I absolutely crush a hard move that I realize I am making great progress. Keep up the hard work everyone! We got this 💪
Woooooo! So hard to catch my breath on this one but I focused on my breathing as much as I could especially during our short rest periods . This one was indeed short and spicy and it flew by so fast ! Love love love a workout like this to get the energy started for the new week. I increased my pace and/or weights each round because I knew that there were only 3 and only 30 seconds in each. So happy to have started my Monday this way. All thanks to Sydney and Dustin’s dedication to this channel ❤
