My sister in law passed away this morning from a very aggressive brain tumor. 3 mos ago I was inviting her to w/o with me. I didn’t think I could do this workout this morning, but, I did it for her and bc Sydney always reminds us to be grateful for the ABILITY to do this, Thank you Sydney for being here always and encouraging me to take care of me.

Ahhh I did my very first set EVER of mountain climbers for the full 30 seconds without stopping! Mountain climbers have always been my enemy in working out and I can finally say that I accomplished it without stopping! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

The Sydney Sparkle was real today and Full Potential Stacie showed up 🥵 I enjoyed the cardio workout with no weights today. My endurance has greatly improved since I first joined the Squad. I love being pushed by Sydney but a lot of that push everyday has to come from deep inside of us. Are you digging deep and pushing?

As did I..... however my new favorite thing, and what actually got me through this workout was knowing that when I finished my post workout treat was waiting for me...... coffee with ghost protein cereal milk ! I blend it for 20 seconds or so. Delicious. 25 grams of post workout protein. Beats anything on the menu at Starbucks! Blending it gives a great latte like foam. Had to share!!!!!!!

I watched this on the way to taking my kids to school and i was thinking to my self this looks easy then came home and did it boy was I in a rude awakening lol but i loved every minute of it.
I caught up on this one today, and I have to say I loved this high knee circuit- doing the six at a time let me push myself when I sometimes find doing a full 30-40 seconds too hard at a really high intensity. Love it! Dripping 💦 !

Haha did this workout today as part of the MOVE program, and see that I did this workout a year ago. Its been a year of getting up Monday-Friday at 5am(ish) to do workouts with you! Thank you for the gift of being able to get up, do my workout that helps to start my day off on the right foot (without having to bundle up and drag myself to the gym. I save time and energy and money!). I am able to then focus on my work and family activities for the rest of the day.

I crushed it!!!!! I came in exhausted but after hearing your speech in the midst of my workout I decided that this was better than being on zoom. Yes I am tired but at least I am not sitting on my bum, in zoom, staring t a screen. I am moving, breathing, and bettering my physical health. So, thank you for turning my exhaustion into gratefulness.
This was spicy ..I had to take a bit of a break at minute 20 circuit 3. Then got interrupted by my husband for 5 minutes. But got back in and crushed it. Love 30 minutes but still sore from the glute burn.

Every night I read through the comments to see what I'm getting myself into! I didnt think it would be as hard as everyone was saying! It was that hard and more! My heart rate hit the highest it ever been at 181! This is my new favorite cardio workout! I crushed it! Had to share it with a few too! Felt so great afterwards

I crushed it!!!!! I came in exhausted but after hearing your speech in the midst of my workout I decided that this was better than being on zoom. Yes I am tired but at least I am not sitting on my bum, in zoom, staring t a screen. I am moving, breathing, and bettering my physical health. So, thank you for turning my exhaustion into gratefulness.
This was spicy ..I had to take a bit of a break at minute 20 circuit 3. Then got interrupted by my husband for 5 minutes. But got back in and crushed it. Love 30 minutes but still sore from the glute burn.

Every night I read through the comments to see what I'm getting myself into! I didnt think it would be as hard as everyone was saying! It was that hard and more! My heart rate hit the highest it ever been at 181! This is my new favorite cardio workout! I crushed it! Had to share it with a few too! Felt so great afterwards
Crushed it!! When I see these 30 min HIIT workouts I am scared because I know they are super short but super intense!! Hardest workout of the month so far for me. But I can’t help but feeling like I can conquer the world after these type of workouts 💪
