    Is it crazy when you dread a 30 minute cardio more than a 60 minute strength training?! But that’s the great thing about Sydney you get up every day and you do whatever she has planned because you know diversity in the long run is better for your body than what your body feels comfortable doing!

    My sister in law passed away this morning from a very aggressive brain tumor. 3 mos ago I was inviting her to w/o with me.
    I didn’t think I could do this workout this morning, but, I did it for her and bc Sydney always reminds us to be grateful for the ABILITY to do this,
    Thank you Sydney for being here always and encouraging me to take care of me.

    WOW! I have been doing beachbody workouts for the last 2.5 years and this is my first program with Sydney and I don’t think I can ever go back! Today’s workout left me DEAD 🙌🏽😂😍

    When I came here 2 years ago, I had this giant goal of losing 40lb. Once I found out how hard that is, I rollercoastered with that goal. Well yesterday I’m so proud to say I HIT IT!! 💪🏼

    Never ever be fooled by the 30 min time duration. Sweat is literally pouring off my nose onto the garage floor and for the first time I thought I might actually hurl. Ready to take on this Friday! Good job team!

    I had to follow pretty much every modification because I'm 8 months pregnant, but I was still super sweaty! It's always a joy working out with you. Thanks for this routine!

    Ahhh I did my very first set EVER of mountain climbers for the full 30 seconds without stopping! Mountain climbers have always been my enemy in working out and I can finally say that I accomplished it without stopping! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

    Whew, I haven't been so sweaty in a looong time! That was so challenging, and your encouragement is what got me through. In the circuit with mountain climbers, I was really struggling -- your motivation caused me to changed my mindset to a positive one, and that's what spurred me on to finish to the best of my ability. :) Thank you!!!

    I commented on this video when it first aired, and I was 8 months pregnant at the time. Had to modify every bit of the way that day, but I completed it!
    Here TODAY to say that I'm super sweaty again! Only this time I added in my handy dandy Royal Change sliders for a couple of the moves!
    Aren't bodies incredible? We are so powerful.

    This workout was definitely harder than I anticipated! The last few bodyweight only workouts were not as intense for me personally, but this one got me dripping sweat!! phew! loved it.

    The Sydney Sparkle was real today and Full Potential Stacie showed up 🥵 I enjoyed the cardio workout with no weights today. My endurance has greatly improved since I first joined the Squad. I love being pushed by Sydney but a lot of that push everyday has to come from deep inside of us. Are you digging deep and pushing?

    I love these no equipment work outs! Somehow they are at least just as challenging as the others. It’s awesome how Sydney has so many workouts that I can take with me when I’m traveling and don’t have weights. Great job everyone 💪💪

      As did I..... however my new favorite thing, and what actually got me through this workout was knowing that when I finished my post workout treat was waiting for me...... coffee with ghost protein cereal milk ! I blend it for 20 seconds or so. Delicious. 25 grams of post workout protein. Beats anything on the menu at Starbucks! Blending it gives a great latte like foam. Had to share!!!!!!!

    Not gonna lie. The last 5 minutes I was on the struggle bus. However, I just kept saying over and over “I can do this” and “keep moving”. Sydney that positive talk really helps!

    I caught up on this one today, and I have to say I loved this high knee circuit- doing the six at a time let me push myself when I sometimes find doing a full 30-40 seconds too hard at a really high intensity. Love it! Dripping 💦 !

    We crushed it! I needed this workout today because I was tired going into the workout. Now, I’m ready to go conquer my day. I have to go to work for a few hours this afternoon and I’m going to do our weekly stretch tonight. I’m going to stay hydrated and eat healthy.     I almost skipped today because I have a lot to get done today but I saw it was only 30 minutes and made myself do it. So so glad I did because this workout kicked my ass and I loved it!! I think this was my favorite workout of the Ignite program so far🔥 Love these short and spicy workouts🌶

      Haha did this workout today as part of the MOVE program, and see that I did this workout a year ago. Its been a year of getting up Monday-Friday at 5am(ish) to do workouts with you! Thank you for the gift of being able to get up, do my workout that helps to start my day off on the right foot (without having to bundle up and drag myself to the gym. I save time and energy and money!). I am able to then focus on my work and family activities for the rest of the day.

    Not gonna lie that 3rd circuit was so hard to push through and I really thought of giving up after circuit no 3, but then I saw that only 5 mins are left and gave myself a pep talk that if it was an exam would I just leave unsolved questions just because I am exhausted after attempting the rest? Hell, no. So I pushed through and I am proud of it. Thank you, Sydney!

    I crushed it!!!!! I came in exhausted but after hearing your speech in the midst of my workout I decided that this was better than being on zoom. Yes I am tired but at least I am not sitting on my bum, in zoom, staring t a screen. I am moving, breathing, and bettering my physical health. So, thank you for turning my exhaustion into gratefulness.

    This was spicy ..I had to take a bit of a break at minute 20 circuit 3. Then got interrupted by my husband for 5 minutes. But got back in and crushed it. Love 30 minutes but still sore from the glute burn.

    Every night I read through the comments to see what I'm getting myself into! I didnt think it would be as hard as everyone was saying! It was that hard and more! My heart rate hit the highest it ever been at 181! This is my new favorite cardio workout! I crushed it! Had to share it with a few too! Felt so great afterwards

    Crushed it!! When I see these 30 min HIIT workouts I am scared because I know they are super short but super intense!! Hardest workout of the month so far for me. But I can’t help but feeling like I can conquer the world after these type of workouts 💪
