I started your workouts in January 2021. I was living in Japan in my small apartment, had recently gone through a break up, and due to the pandemic, I hadn't been able to visit my family in the U.S. for 2 years. I was looking for healthy motivation to focus on bettering myself mentally and physically. After a few months of being consistent, I began to look forward to working out along with your videos. They're so friendly, organized, and easy to understand, along with a lot of variety of types of workouts. Flash to now, I moved back to the U.S. in September this year, and it's been really hard to adjust to American culture and being unemployed. But, when I work out to your videos, in my mind I'm back in my small Japanese apartment, in my safe space, and I feel the most like myself. Thank you so much for all of your content and for being such a light

@@retishashilongo I'm not sure - we adopted her eight years ago. She was found under an abandoned water tower in West VA with nine puppies (her puppies) who were all about (estimated) eight weeks old. The various vets she's seen guess that she's some kind of lab / retreiver mix...probably with something else mixed in. Her fur zigzags down her back...I'm not sure if that means anything. She's reactive around other dogs, but is overall a wonderful girl and very cherished member of the family.

one hell of a workout! I love that it has already warm up and cool down parts. I have vertigo, I have to repeat other moves instead of jumping but overall it was amazing.

This is a step up from my Madfit no jumping workout. Surprisingly, enjoyed this one just as much. I may have modified the high knees in the end a little.😅🫠 Thanks again Maddie for the complete video with warm up and cool down. You’re an angel!

I always get so excited for another standing workout !! She’s so good at trying to include everyone !! I had surgery on my tailbone earlier this year so sitting/laying are harder movements for me to be comfortable with.

I love this type of workout meaning 30mins total incl. warm-up and cool-down. It challenged me and my body got all the parts of working out it needs and I sometimes skip if not included. Please more of this
