Thank you for these standing workouts! For someone who deals with vertigo and dizziness, I don't love going from laying on the ground to standing too throughout the workout. So these are great! Also love the combination of strength and cardio!
I just wanna say one thing to anyone who is at the beginning of their fitness journey. If you can not breathe, pause the video! Sit down, keep your posture,fold your arms over your head, and BREATHE! When you have collected yourself, get back up and continue! The video isn’t going anywhere! If you can’t continue that’s fine, if you did all but one exercise, or maybe you only did half, even if you just did one you are closer than you were yesterday! You can try again tomorrow, make it your goal to get the slightest bit farther than you did yesterday, watch yourself grow! This is a long journey! Just take it step by step and eventually you’ll be so used to stepping you’ll start running! But the MOST important part is you make that first step! ❤

Good all around sequence for the body! Since there are no previews or titles, I’d prefer a quicker description of the upcoming exercise, or else we’re standing there waiting for 5 seconds into the next set while still listening for the compound movements and form cues. Thanks for the instruction!

Wow - I had just done a 20 min treadmill and wanted to do an exercise program. This one was a real challenge; it requires keeping strong to manage the form. I loved the balance exercise at the end. I love the creativity and skill to put the right session and you do it every single time. You are the best!

I have been doing chloe ting for a minute and wanted to do some weighted exercise. Found you and i am quite impressed. Started a 24 days programme with a mixture of your routines with this being my first. Tried it today and wasn't able to do the last workout of the last set. Yeah it kicked my a**. Wanted to do a weighted abs with it but couldn't make. Yeah i see great things in my fitness future with you maddie....

Thank you for this video! I got off my routine of exercise, and because I suffer from PCOS and GAD(general anxiety disorder), I got very depressed and gained some weight. So I've been in a huge slump since then. I first tried to do your low impact exercises, but because of my weight, it's hard to do the ones that require I get up and down. A standing exercise is the perfect start to get back on track. I'm hoping to build back up to try your other exercises. Thank you for making standing workout videos. They're a life saver for me. Congrats on your following! 🎉
Thank you for this! Standing workouts minimize set up time (no need to move the furniture or roll out the mat) so it minimizes opportunities for distraction. I just did this in my sunny kitchen while my cat looked puzzled at first, and then napped. Wonderful!
