I started this and a few of your others a couple of months ago, coming out of PT for an achilles injury and bilateral hip pain. I started with 5lb weights and very shallow squats/lunges, and now I'm using 8lbs for all of it and going so much deeper with my squats/lunges without additional pain the next day. Thank you for helping me get stronger on my healing journey!

As a 40 year old mother on a gentle nourishing journey, working hard to heal my relationship with exercise, your workout videos have been incredibly supportive! (Currently 245lbs - 5'9" - down 45lbs in the past year.) Two months ago I had surgery, and have been using your videos while I waited to be fully recovered enough to return to the gym last week. I had been at the gym consistently for 9 months prior to that, and dreaded losing my momentum - the transition back has been much easier than anticipated, and that's mostly due to your support through these videos! I've also been able to incorporate your exercises into my gym routine, and am beyond excited about how much more I enjoy it. I feel stronger than ever, THANK YOU!
Definitely prefer all-standing full body workouts. Many of us aren’t that flexible and it hurts to get in the floor and back up again, and all the stretching in the world doesn’t help. Thank you so much for your challenging but efficient workouts!👍🏼🙏🏼😅
Great standing workouts! When the mat is used, I love it when the mat is all at the end of the routine. It’s hard in small places to go from standing - mat - standing. I’ll be doing this one again! 👏
I discovered Mik about 3 weeks ago. I"ve done a couple different full body workouts (20-30 minutes). I've done exactly 9 of her workouts and already, I see a difference. The most noticeable is my abs. My stomach fat is actually diminishing. A six pack was never goal, but now, I think it's possible. Her workouts are tough but because she does it slowly, I can keep up. My knees also feel stronger and my posture is better. I can't do 8 pound weights yet, I alternate between 5 and 6 pounds. I writing this review, because it's actually working and I enjoy it.
What a great workout. Excellent cueing and perfect pacing. With 8 lb. weights it felt challenging but not overwhelming; I didn't need to skip anything. I've been working out every day for at least 2 years now but still I was sore the next day in all the right places (all my trouble zones). Thank you!

I love the “cool down” at the end. Because I always feel like I’m gonna die and I have anxiety, so when my heart starts beating like that and I’m trying to catch my breath sometimes I panic and make it worse. So instead of just ending the video and leaving me to deal and feel, that was great. I will always do that breathing at the end of every workout from now on! Thank you for not leaving me! lol ❤❤❤❤

This was a super Winter warmer for me. I felt challenged but didn't hurt myself as the speed is slow and the fact that you re-iterate that posture/form is vital, all helps. A great session. Yes, love the 20min no repeat, and the warmup and cool down included is always super, otherwise I tend to leave them out, even though I know it's important pre-and-post workout. Thank you

i was starting again after a very long time so i thought to use 3kgs dumbbells and initially after few moves i felt like it is going to be a cake for me but you proved me wrong. This was an amazing workout and im going to save it for and do these with heavier dumbbells and make it a bit harder for me day by day. I love these 20 minutes standing workout with dumbbells. You are the only one who is providing standing efficient standing workout with dumbbells.

This workout was wonderful! I haven't lifted weights in a long time but I've lost weight and need to tone up. The all standing was perfect. My goal now is to be consistent and increase the weight as time passes. Thank you!!
