@MadFit, you have no idea how impactful your workouts routines are to me. Went through childbirth 9 months ago and gained soo much weight. Was feeling down, little motivated, low self stemmed… But in the last couple of months I have been able to exercise consistently and I’m seeing improvements. Your workouts definitely played a huge part in that. When I don’t feel like doing it, I tell myself, let me spend just 10 minutes with Maddie hahaha

I enjoyed your 15-minute standing abs and arms I never knew how hard it was to be off balance I am this really helps me cuz I am 63 years old and I'm going to have to work out with these more to keep myself in balance I knew I was off balance but this was a challenge for me I did it all the way through thanks for making this RUclips video exercise I really liked it from Terry

i Love Maddie girl she’s truly one my favorite workout instructor and i probably have like 3 or 4 favorites lol. I liked this one a lot it was quick to do before work and feel the burn.

Hi Mad! I've been doing your programs and loving them altho they're killers. I am 60 this year. I have a request and I don't know if it can be done on your videos. Can you overlay exhale/ or inhale symbol (?) when you take your breaths? (I've seen it done on another channel where the host doesn't speak very much.) You speak at pivotal points and remind us about exhaling. But I get lost a lot of times and just guess hoping I'm doing them correctly. Thank you, and now back to another program of yours!
