This is the first workout I enjoyed with weights 🥹 I’ve tried using dumbbells before but I just didn’t enjoy it. Maddie, your explanation was so easy to understand even as a beginner to dumbbell exercises! I have been working out with you for about 4 years now, and I’ve gone from not being able to do a single sit-up to being able to do your dance workouts and feeling like I could do another. And now I think I’ll start doing weights as well. I absolutely love your work Maddie!

Hello my dear, I just recently started to do your workouts more regularly and simply love your vibe, your taste in music in these videos and the overall difficulty etc. I even bought some extra dumbbells that can be adjusted in weight because I love to feel my muscles and love a good challenge.
A the beginning of the workout when you mention the weight of your dumbbells, could you please include the approximate kg equivalent so I don't have to look it up every time?
