    Your workouts are my new routine. So fast and easy and convenient because I can do them at home when I wake up. Paired with cardio at the gym, I feel like I might actually start seeing results!! Now to get my diet in order….😂

    This one really packs a punch literally and figuratively. Best weight lifting video out there by far. I do this one numerous times a week and it really works and tones at a great pace!

    I like combo workouts as well. This is challenging. I also loved how your dog was dozing on the floor next to you. I push my desk chair to the side to do my morning exercise (I live in a small apartment), and my cat lies on the chair while I'm working out. It's nice to look at her while I'm pushing through. She's not so happy when I need to reclaim my chair after I'm done!

    Absolutely my new fav abs+arms quick combo. I actually found myself wishing it was longer, which I didn't expect! You always make me feel so strong and able in my movements with the choices of movement you select for your targeted workouts!!

    Thank you creating such great all standing workouts. I have been doing all of these standing exercises while taking care of my husband in the hospital for the last 7 months. They help me get moving each day without worrying about touching or being on the hospital floor.

    OH MY GOD 😱 I loved this. Just finished this workout and I love all your arm workouts but some movements get monotonous and this workout was so different and I loved it.     This is one of my favorites!! I love that there weren’t and lunges because I have a bad knee! I loved the standing crunches with a twist and the alternating single arm back rows!!

    Love this style workout. I would love to see more standing workouts. My job finds me with downtime every now and then so i'd love to fill it with standing yoga/stretches/workouts (preferably w/o sweating). Thank you for all you do! You are my favorite youtuber to work out with!
