My husband and I love Madfit! Our workout playlist is all Maddie in this order - 5 min warm up, 10 min cardio, this one, 10 min killer core, 10 min leg/thigh, 20 min booty, and 5 min cool down. 3x a week, we’ve been noticing big results after just a month!

@@rupinjeremiah9589 I started with full water bottles! I'd recommend you do that too if you're having a hard time with weights. Eventually I moved up to 5lb dumbbells and now I'm using 10lb 😄 it takes time but if you're consistent, you'll get stronger!

I am very thin and weak :-( I can do 6-7 bicep curls with half pound dumbbells and then my arms just give up. Can I try this lesson again without any weights at all? I am sorry to ask you a lot. As a man I want to build self worth and be independent. I tried my mom's dumbbells but I could not even move it from the ground. :-(

i am going to be honest and I can’t explain how much this has helped me to grow my arm muscles. I do this every day plus another set of 5 mins arms from maddie. I’ve only been doing this for 1 month and the result is absolutely mind-blowing. so guys if you are planning to start working out I really recommend madfit I’m a new workout rookie and I’ve searched for so many workout channels but madfit really suits me the best. so guys if you wanna start your workout journey please don’t hesitate and just keep going I’m sure you can achieve your goals very soon! 💪😃

I looove this one it’s my favorite workout. With depression I really struggle to get out of bed most days, but this is the one workout I can make myself do even on the days where I’m having an extra hard time

Shouldn’t we drop to one dumbbell during tricep extension to keep the form? You mentioned form and technique is important but your elbows are already flaring out by holding 2 dumbbells.
