I'm a big fan of this 10-minute, no-repeat format. I swapped heavier weights for the bicep exercises, and that made this short workout even more effective. These workouts are great to add after another workout, or when you don't have as much time to exercise.
These past three days I’ve been watching your videos to work out (different muscle group per day) and I really enjoy it! I can feel the soreness of day one still which tells me it was a great workout, and I’ve actually incorporated a warm up and a cool down since you have some short and good ones on here. Thanks for helping me start working out! :)

I LOVE the 10 minute no repeat format. I appreciate that it's not super tough. I am 57 and was able to keep up with the 5 lbs. weights. That's super encouraging. Thanks for a great workout. Now I need to add in 10 minute legs. :)
Love this because even though I am recovering from a right Conversa hip injury, I can still do these exercises and work on my upper body while resting my hip. Thank you!

Great workout to challenge arm strength/endurance. Even with lighter weights, the isolation of muscle groups makes it incredibly effective & efficient for a shorter workout! feeling strong 💪
I appreciate the super sets and the no repeat workouts. I also really appreciate the 20 min or less focusing on different parts as I can mix and match.
This one is really good even though it's simple. I have tried several arm workout of yours but until now I like this the most. I don't mind repeating workout since I only exercise two workouts all the time but this one is great.

Ok… LOVED this! I feel like I got a good burn (thought I’d do 2 rounds with my 7.5 dumbbells and I’m gonna have to pivot to an ab workout instead! 😅). Good burn plus short workout makes it easy to add on another 10 min! ❤️❤️

I’m recovering from rotator cuff surgery on my dominant arm and have it in a sling. I’ve done this arm workout a couple of times recently just using my non-dominant arm. Hoping I can use this recovery time to fix the imbalance a bit so when I’m able to use my dominant arm again, there will be less of an imbalance. Just hoping I don’t lose all the progress I’ve made over the years. I’m a 55 year old female and maintaining muscle at this age is so hard!!!! Enjoy your youth while you all have it!!! 😂
