    I've been dealing with debilitating chronic pain, fatigue and arthritis for 26 years due to having a rare form of cancer, synovial sarcoma, at 11 years old. I've been in remission since 1997💗PRAISE JESUS! But, I've always been overweight because I'm constantly bedbound from the all over body pain caused by the poisonous treatments I endured. I recently found your channel and decided to try your workouts since you would go at a pace that I could keep up with. It's been a little less than a month and I'm already seeing results😃I'm losing weight and my joint pain and stiffness has improved greatly! I just wanna thank you for starting your channel. You've truly been a blessing to me💗

    I literally cannot stand mat abs. I avoided ab workouts for years because of the discomfort and neck pain. These standing ab routines are a LIFESAVER. I can finally have a strong core!😭

    I did this exercise and I'm a very experienced fitness and exercise fanatic and I have to say found these quick core exercises to be quite effective and now that I've found these sets I will incorporating them into my home workout routine.

    I have hyper mobility and in the past, every time I get serious about exercising, I eventually injured myself - usually my knees which are a weak point for me, but sometimes my back or hips. Then I need to go to physio and I feel like I lose all momentum. I also don't enjoy exercise and am not highly motivated. I've recently been feeling very weak. I'm 29, but I am seriously worried about what condition I may be in in 10-20 years from now if I don't get fitter, but due to the reasons I started with, I need something pretty gentle, low impact and at a reasonable pace to prevent injuries. I prefer shorter videos like this so I can do multiple focussing on different areas. I've started really loving your channel. The shorter 5-10 min videos are so great for beginners or if you just don't have much time and I love that you actually say what you are doing. While I'm exercising, I'm not always in a good position to look at the screen so I tend to get lost and frustrated with channels which don't talk about the exercise they are doing and just play music the whole time.

    If you had told me I would choose to do a workout on my own after work today, I would have laughed!
    Love having an all standing ab workout, I get so much tension in my shoulders and neck (yes, even when trying to engage the core), and this was perfect! Will be adding this to the quick workouts I'll actually use and enjoy!

    I hope I can get better with my movements every time I attempt a routine like. I am 63 and I guess these routine are geared towards 25 - 35 year old. There are no modifications or beginners exercises with this lady. I am not a fan but I will keep trying to do these exercises. Thank you for posting videos and allowing me to comment.

    This is great! There are times when you want to work your abs but you're somewhere that getting on the floor is cold or dirty or you might upset passersby. Now I can have my workout without worrying about any of that🎉❤

      @@BisleidyGalvan I was working out for 3 months without a diet plan. I just watch whatever I eat (not any type of junk food). I start to lose extra fat. For the first 2 months I can't see results but after 2 months I can see my weight change. Now slowly I am gaining muscles.

      ​@@BisleidyGalvanI was working out for 2 months and I can't see any results. I was not following any diet just watching consciously what I eat. After 2 months I lost extra fat. And now after 4+ months of working out I can see a little bit muscle gain.

    I’m a chronically ill woman here (including Fibromyalgia, Prurigo Nodularis and No Breast Development whatsoever) who still likes to implement daily workouts so exercise is nothing new to me but as my ovaries are hurting following this easy workout just wondering was I supposed to stretch and cool down, respectively ?

    I workout everyday for 20minutes. When I don't have much energy Than I use this workout beacise it's easier but worth it! Thankyou for this workout🎉😊

    Excellent workout! I struggle with abs on the ground due to a chronic lower back injury and this didn't bother me at all! I did it twice through with a 5 minute break in between for my workout for the day and feel great!

    Last year i fell off my horse and broke my spine. I couldnt even move for 5 mounths and i lost my whole strenght and muscles. To be able to ride again , i started doing your workouts and now i can finally feel strong again, thank you❤

    I think I'll have to move to more intense workouts that you've posted so far. Cane to this after Haither's 15 min standing abs and this one fekt super easy to me. I had been very much active in gym with machine and weight and history of doing Caroline's AB routine for 1 hour every day. So this is comparatively easiest so far.
    But I loved the vibe. Doesn't feel like I'm doing it alone❤
