I’m a dancer and I’ve been doing your workouts since the beginning of 2020 when Covid hit and I couldn’t be in the studio. To this day I do your workouts on the days I don’t have dance, and all of your workouts have made me even stronger, and help me so much with my dancing! I especially love the intense 6-pack ab workouts! They are my absolute fav, but keep getting to be too easy!

Love Love Love ... I started this workout a week ago .. I do it in my office .. when I started .. I had to take longer rest and it was challenging.. I do it everyday and I must say TODAY BABE!! was easier .. and I can feel the difference in in legs ...i say this to say .. i am in my mid 40s 250.. This is something I can do .. so you can do it.. don not give up!! She is great!! she tells you what to do and how to do it!! I will keep ya updated.

Day 2 of doing several different work outs with videos. This one has been he most intense, by far. 7 min in and I can barely continue! I'm 21, clearly very out of shape even though I'm not overweight at all. Holding the squat was the hardest!
I started 3 weeks ago only day I don’t do it is Sundays. When I tell you this has really helped with toning my legs and lifting my butt❤ I am so happy I came across this video!!!!

Last year i started working out and i felt pretty good. After sometime fell into depression and stoped working out and my body was dying now. It's day one and i felt like a 50 year old i stopped at 8:00 my legs were shivering but now I'm not gonna stop her workouts are amazing ❤

Can’t do the jumps at the end, and my lunges are still a bit unbalanced, but these videos have kept me motivated to actually continue working out. Do I sometimes miss days? Yes. But I genuinely enjoy her videos. The way she explains each exercise is so helpful if you’re a beginner.
Maddy, what a GREAT workout this is. I always concentrate on my upper body -I love your firm toned arms and a back with no underbra bulges- You inspire me and I work on on that. But work until rather late and I'm not so young... cost is that I mostly neglect my butt. Have been doing this video for 10 days, and every day it gets a bit easier. I already feel some little results. I am committed!!

Day 1 Saturday: it was hard,I had to stop at 20 secs for some of them. I was sore Sunday and Monday.
Day 2 Wednesday: just finished, I feel good. Today was easier I’m proud of myself! I wasn’t sore on Thursday
Day 3: Monday it was easier, I still can’t hold the like squat and stay thing for the whole time
This is so good! You really feel it working and it's not too hard for a beginner even if you can't get through all of it I feel like this is one of thoss work outs you can work yourself up to. The way you explain it and everything is so amazing

I quitted my workout routine around 2 months ago. I am trying to regain that. I don't know if I am gonna stay consistent.
Day 1: ✅️ It was exactly what we call a "nice workout". Although, I was not too tired/sore like other people in the comments because I did some stretchs after and I had already trained my legs 3 months ago.
Day 2: ✅️ I thought I wouldn't be able to do this as second day is hardest for me. But, I did ittt!! The whole day I was feeling the workout in me
Day 3: ✅️ I woke up few hours late but still didn't want to skip the workout. Today my pain is 70% gone.
Day 4: ✅️ It's getting easier.
Day 5: ❌️
Day 6: ❌️
Day 7: ✅️ It's actually a lot easier. Just the jump squats increase my heart beat which comes to normal in few minutes.
~I have not made any measurements but I can feel my butt is bigger~

It's been more than 2 months now and I'm improving every day. Thank you for such a great workout.

Thank you for these! I hate going to the gym and do my workouts at home. These help me to stay motivated even when I don't feel like working out "oh its just 10 mins, you can just do one video"...of course then on most days once I have taken some time, I end up adding more videos and keep going to do full body. But on crazy toddler days when I literally only have 10-15 mins these are perfect to just get a bit of a workout on my muscles. I really appreciate the targeted, short videos, that are simple but very effective, and you are great with focusing on form and having a stronger body with no body shame or misinformation! 4,5 month ago I broke my knee (tibia plateau fracture). While in the hospital I told myself I’m going to get out of this stronger and fitter than ever! Not going to lie, I was a little bit unfit when I broke my knee. Anyway, first 8 weeks I was in a brace and not putting any weight on my leg, then learned to walk again and started strengthening exercises. I’ve been working hard just doing simple exercises. 2 weeks ago I discovered your channel and I started doing your (easier) videos to up-level my exercise routine. This one is challenging but fun - my physio has given me the green light to do jump squats too (usually they only start doing this after 6 months but she says I’m ready) - and I already notice I’m getting better at it. Also started doing some abs and upper body videos. While my knee is not back at a 100% yet (almost though) I already feel overall I’m getting more fit than before my accident and I’m very excited to just keep on improving with your videos! Thanks so much!

Day 1: ✅ My legs nearly crumbled like a stick figure😂😅, BUT I made it through (barely)!!! And with some of the exercises I feel like I didn't do enough reps because I was just so focused on getting my form right and not tipping over😂! My plan is every other day, so if I do this again in two days, I'll update😊
Day 2: ✅so I was planning on doing this workout every other day, but DANG!!! There is NO WAY I would have been able to do this again two days after my first time!!! My legs were SO SORE the next like four days. Then I got busy and my period, so now, almost a week and a half later, I am finally on day 2😂 I DID IT THOUGH!!!🔥 And I’d say even though it was still SOOO hard, it was a little better than the first time. So, getting there I guess😆
Day 3, 4, 5: ✅I did the workout again for these but forgot to update. I know I actually started to enjoy the workout though and even though it was still hard, it was definitely getting easier.
Fast forward, I totally got out of the habit of working out and skipped this workout for like a month and a half. I'm back to it now though and I have set a goal to workout consistently from now until Taylor Swift's new album comes out (that gives me exactly two months to get a foundation under my belt). Anyway, I'm going to start my days over because I took such a long break😖
Day 1: ✅ I did it, again, and dang, any progress I made is pretty much gone. This was SOOOOOOOOO hard. I about fell over 20 times and my legs were shaking like maracas😅🥵

I'm really self conscious about my body, I hope this workout can help me get more confident, I must say this is first day and I feel like dying, I couldn't finish half the workout but I intend on not giving up the following days, I have never done any type of exercise In my life and this new journey is gonna be a though one
*Tracking my progress / REALISTIC:*
NOTE: This is my first time in 2 decades exercising seriously. My days are spread apart to allow rest. They may vary.
*March 3:* Day one. I still have improper forms, it’s a bit tricky to pick up the routine so I had to rewind a few times. My legs eventually buckled against my own will, I FELL on the first jumping squat 😭 I cant complete them yet. I feel energized even though I failed.
*March 25:* I fell horribly sick a day after that first entry 😭 This time even though I missed a few reps in some of the exercises I didn’t fall to the floor. Still quite a pain though. I’m surprised my body already has a slight tolerance after being dormant for two weeks. I feel optimistic!

I don't do every exercise that's on the screen but I think it has something to do with the fact that most days I'm on my own I will try to push myself a little bit more she is good 👍 I've got a big resistance band that the hospital gave me when I fell in the bathroom against the sink and part of the sink fell into my foot and it made a 15 centimeter by 5 cm scar I have to take a strong painkiller for it but I have noticed that's I enjoy swimming and it's not expensive 🫰 lane swimming I'm going to try that very shortly❤ you will get there in the end carefully does it and take care 😘

Did anyone else miss it when Maddie said, "Other leg," during the reverse lunge kickback! For equality's sake, I opted to rewind for the other leg. Extra glute growth brownie points? 🙏
I want to say thanks I do about 2 of your workouts everyday you are amazing and helping me push through every other people helping with work outs are not my thing but when I saw you I gave it a try and now I can't stop thanking you enough THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Ive got spaghetti legs after doing this but i made it through. Ill keep doing this
