This is great - my hubby and I did this and our butts are still sore two days later. We love your videos - have been doing one every day - we are 60 and 68 years old.
I've been doing this training for a few weeks now, and it's super effective. I'm a 30-something guy with a BMI of 17, and I've shed fat really quickly. My doc advised me to focus on my lower back, so I added those exercises. I started with a 20-minute routine for the first two weeks, then bumped it up to 30-40 minutes daily, throwing in some glute bridges and squats. Now I've even added weights. But, my glute muscles are getting noticeably bigger 🍑 compared to the rest of my body, and some of my old pants no longer fit. The only secret is good sleep, good food habit, and consistency. And drink a lot of water!!!
I was too lazy to workout today after a long apartment cleaning day and i convinced myself: "pleeeease do at least something, you'll be proud of yourself". and i found this video. it's a really good workout class! it still burns even without any equipment. great, thank you!!! and a little reminder for everyone who reads this comment (and for me actually): no equipment workout is a workout, a 20 min workout is still a workout, so you're should be proud that you did something for your body♥
I love that the music wasn't super aggressive. It made it a really nice and almost meditative experience without the "LOSE WEIGHT"- gym vibe that is often in other youtuber's videos.
after a month of doing 20 minute workouts every day I gained 2 cm more on my glutes, and my legs are much thicker (I'm still underweight, from 44.5kg I've now weighed 45.9kg, not much but I'm confident that I'll gain weight) thanks MadFit❤

Making a 3 month Progress Report: (Week 1) Day 1: It was hard and had trouble getting the positions right. Day 2: It got better but I tried to focus on getting the positions and going slower than she moves along. Day 3: Its easier and I am able to move better and have the correct position except with the back part. Day 4: Kept feeling the burn and my legs have been sore along with my glutes. Day 3: I wasn't able to due to an emergency) Day 4: I didn't have the motivation today (not proud of myself) Day 5: Finished and was tired and knocked out, but I feel my glutes taking shape little by little. (Rest Days) (Week 3) Day 1: I did it today, I was tired and felt a little sick because I had 2 cups of hot chocolate but pushed myself through it. I can feel my glutes tighter each day and see progress each week! Day 2: I skipped today and will trade it with one of my weekends! Day 3: I did it even if I felt lazy but I'll defiantly push through it next week! Day 4: I took a well needed rest Day 5: I also chose to take a rest so I wouldn't feel burnt out. (WEEKENDS ARE REST DAYS) (Week 4) Day 1: I went half way so I don't throw my body off balance or something, but I can tell my body went back into it's lazy mode, I can see and feel my glutes more tight! Day 2: I got busy and was way too late to do my workouts :( Day 3: I did it today, and if you don't do it consistently you can feel your booty just feel a little sad and sore. Day 4: I can feel my glutes getting stronger, when I sit down, I don't feel my bones anymore, I lost all my work that I had done a while ago, so I can totally feel the difference! Day 5: I did it again and my glutes are killing me! I think it's working overall I can't wait to see how I look like after 3 months! (RD) (Week 5) Day 1: I felt it today, I can see the same and see a jiggle now, I think I'll definitly see some difference if I don't give up. Day 2: I did it and felt tired, I keep noticing more and more changes, it's really exciting!. Day 3: kept up the work! Day 4: I did squats instead of it Day 5: Alternative to this.
Really love the pace of this workout; slower, more controlled movements make it much easier to focus on mind-muscle connection so it feels like you're getting more bang for your buck!

absolutely love these workouts. almost immediately after a couple times doing this consistently my boyfriend noticed a difference in my body. I didn't even tell him i've been doing workouts at home haha. thanks so much for this. tip for everyone out there never workout on an empty stomach, been there done that. it eats off that muscle that you're trying to build so always at least put something small down beforehand so you're burning that ;)

I hope I could do this for 1-3months Day 1: ✅ it was so hard, i could feel my knees shaking Day 2: ❎ my legs and butt are so sore to the point that i can't even walk properly lmao Day 3: ✅ Did itttt!! My legs are still shaking but ik someday I'll be used to it. It was a great workout, I've sweated a LOT Day 4: ✅ This is hell (only figure of speech) My heart is beating so fast while I'm typing this. Again, I've sweated a LOT. This is awesome, but the jump squats were definitely my weakness! Day 5: ❎ Rest days ig? This only issue is me, I either get too busy or once I see results in my body I get lazy. But they always work. I still use her videos till this day. I joined the gym now tho to get motivated but I do her workouts at the gym with their weights. Madfit works for me. I hope it works for you too.
Day 1: easy but half way through the video I was wondering when it would be over Day 2: harder was a bit sore got through it though Day 3: Easier felt more like a pro didn’t feel that sore just slightly. Okay im starting this now. I’ll take pictures for myself. I’m always sceptical about workouts without weights, since I tried it a lot of times, but never saw results. feel like I have to comment bc I have been rewatching this one for a while now 😂 I fell out of consistency for a few weeks and have gotten back into it, but it's definitely one of the best glute videos of Maddie's I've found!
Day 1 : Guys I'm 17 and have never done any leg exercises in my entire life. I did all of these but couldn't realize if I'm doing it all correct. And after doing all of them i just couldn't jump at all. So i skipped the last one. I went to take a glass of water from the dining and i swear my legs are still shaking. My target is to continue this routine for at least a month to see if it works. Pray for me.
Make sure you take breaks in between days when you first start to transition to a new exercise, especially if you've never done them before!! not doing so can hurt your muscles so give them time to heal😊
I luv the fact that there's little almost no talking in between, n more work getting done, it helps one focus. Not like most workout videos where there's too much talking !! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Thnx for the effort
This exercise really leaves my glutes on fire. i love that i can achieve this feeling within your 20min workout rather than having to do 45mins ! I added a resistance band to my workout like you suggested
This is great!! The gym was closed because of a storm warning, and I need to feel like I did something every day, so I put this on, got in all my cute gym clothes, and followed along! Totally feels like a workout
making a progress report, will be back every day to update ! day 1: completed and can definitely feel it, especially in my legs day 2: forgot i was doing this oops day 3: done, making sure my form matches hers, legs and butt still sore but feeling good day 4: bit ill today and didn’t manage to finish the jump squats but my body hurts alot less and it is easier to do everything day 5: rest day cause im going face a fear and go to the gym tomorrow (not sure ill be continuing this workout unless it goes bad)
@lookinlikeaflywrist hey try to lock in trust, it's super worth it I've been doing it for almost 30 days now and it's made me more confident and happy and made me trust myself and everything, even just doing it one time a week will make you want to excersise and eventually your body will be like workout, your will feel like ur addicted to it and it's the best feeling ever doing good habits like that. P.S. There is a saying, "great minds think alike," and I was already dressed up to do exercise, and I had exactly the top and bottom colors as you (I usually do not wear white tops). I love it :) motivation to obtain my kinesiology degree!

absolutely love these workouts. almost immediately after a couple times doing this consistently my boyfriend noticed a difference in my body. I didn't even tell him i've been doing workouts at home haha. thanks so much for this. tip for everyone out there never workout on an empty stomach, been there done that. it eats off that muscle that you're trying to build so always at least put something small down beforehand so you're burning that ;)

Day 1: ✅ it was so hard, i could feel my knees shaking
Day 2: ❎ my legs and butt are so sore to the point that i can't even walk properly lmao
Day 3: ✅ Did itttt!! My legs are still shaking but ik someday I'll be used to it. It was a great workout, I've sweated a LOT
Day 4: ✅ This is hell (only figure of speech) My heart is beating so fast while I'm typing this. Again, I've sweated a LOT. This is awesome, but the jump squats were definitely my weakness!
Day 5: ❎ Rest days ig? For me not to force my muscles too much
Day 6: ❎ I am so busy, but I did some squats while taking a shower so that my body will still be used to doing exercises 😅
Day 7: ❎ Didn't do it again, squats while taking a bath cause i was so BUSY
Day 8: ✅ Made itt! I can finally do the Jump Squats WITHOUT A PAUSE!!! I'm so proud of my self😂
Day 9: ❎ squats again as alternative
Day 10: ✅ i can see the difference, and i can do much properly the positions
Day 11: ✅ Did it again, My muscles are hurting but still did. Probably tom is my rest day (?)

@@nafisatasnim7057 Hey Girl! I have been following Maddie since 2020, anytime I stick to a playlist I create from her workouts, I always get results. This only issue is me, I either get too busy or once I see results in my body I get lazy. But they always work. I still use her videos till this day. I joined the gym now tho to get motivated but I do her workouts at the gym with their weights. Madfit works for me. I hope it works for you too.

Day 1: easy but half way through the video I was wondering when it would be over
Day 2: harder was a bit sore got through it though
Day 3: Easier felt more like a pro didn’t feel that sore just slightly.
Day 4: was kinda hard because I was tired and rushing
Day 5: skipped day five because I was have stomach problems.
Wow I'm on day 2, this gives me hope for tomorrow :)

Day 1 : Guys I'm 17 and have never done any leg exercises in my entire life. I did all of these but couldn't realize if I'm doing it all correct. And after doing all of them i just couldn't jump at all. So i skipped the last one. I went to take a glass of water from the dining and i swear my legs are still shaking. My target is to continue this routine for at least a month to see if it works. Pray for me.
Make sure you take breaks in between days when you first start to transition to a new exercise, especially if you've never done them before!! not doing so can hurt your muscles so give them time to heal😊
I luv the fact that there's little almost no talking in between, n more work getting done, it helps one focus.
Not like most workout videos where there's too much talking !! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

This exercise really leaves my glutes on fire. i love that i can achieve this feeling within your 20min workout rather than having to do 45mins ! I added a resistance band to my workout like you suggested

day 3: done, making sure my form matches hers, legs and butt still sore but feeling good
day 4: bit ill today and didn’t manage to finish the jump squats but my body hurts alot less and it is easier to do everything
day 5: rest day cause im going face a fear and go to the gym tomorrow (not sure ill be continuing this workout unless it goes bad)

@lookinlikeaflywrist hey try to lock in trust, it's super worth it I've been doing it for almost 30 days now and it's made me more confident and happy and made me trust myself and everything, even just doing it one time a week will make you want to excersise and eventually your body will be like workout, your will feel like ur addicted to it and it's the best feeling ever doing good habits like that. At least for me
2nd day of doing this workout: when I started doing this workout it was painful but then it starts release, but I haven’t seen any changes on my glutes just a little bit but ima continue doing this. I’ll continue let in y’all know the changes.😊
