I have been doing this work out for 2 months now, paired paired with the booty resistance band. In the first month, I used to do it every day, but now I am doing: one day on, one day off. The results are mooooore than visible. I feel like I did not have muscle before :)). All the friends I meet after this quarantine told me I look better and I have also kept pictures with before and after to monitor my progress. I am more than thankful for your videos. You have a different vibe. I tried other videos but they do not send me the same energy. People who dont know how to keep engaged, could write down their days. When I started I wrote how many days I've done, how many day left and this motivated me a lot. These exercises reduced my cellulite and improved my booty. Thank you Madfit for all your wonderful work!

hannah M try doing more unilateral workouts! I injured my left knee and my legs were really imbalances in terms of muscle but unilateral workouts really helped me balance them out

Today will be my third day of doing this workout and I genuinely have noticed a difference already. My bum used to be ridiculously flat and I’ve always been quite slim, but this workout whilst making sure I’m getting enough protein actually seems to be working. I’m amazed at the results already and I like how she takes her time doing the workouts so it’s easy to keep up with her.
You have changed my life with the at home workouts. I have sweated more than ever at a gym. The no equipment and workouts with equipment you always leave with a sweated out routine if you do both warm up and cool downs. Thank you for everything your pour into us! You are appreciated

I've been trying this workout once every two days for almost a month, and I can already see my booty starting to get firm! I'll keep on trying this until I'm satisfied with my looks!
Im in the middle of my 2nd pregnancy and I truly feel squatting helped prepare my body for labor the 1st time around because lower body strength is so so important during delivery! This one will definitely be in my weekly (maybe even twice weekly) routine!
Not to be negative, I think setting a goal like this is great, however for maximum effectiveness you shouldn't be doing the same workout every day, changing things up/which part of the body you focus on will give your muscles enough time to recover and grow, also avoiding burn out

Ok so each time I do this workout did it about 5 times last year near the end of the year. I'm taking it seriously now but in here I'm gonna make a mini logbook showing my progress and how this girl is about to transform my body I love her workouts so much ❤ Day 1 - decided to put in so much effort and I'm on the verge of tears but I'm glad with how much I put in. You're my favorite person to do guided workouts with. I feel like a lot of the time the "at-home workouts" just aren't challenging but you do different movements that really get all the muscles firing!!!
I’ll tell you what I got up today not in the mood to workout. Genuinely tired, sore, and crabby. I told myself I need to get up because I already had my rest day. Three workouts into this I was like “Man I just hate working out right now.” But I pushed through! And I swear when she said “Okay now for your last workout” I was like WAIT I DID IT?! You really need to push yourself on days you don’t wanna get up that’s when it counts the most. This is my second time doing this video and I love it! 🙌🏼

Here are my updates on my progress! Day 1: I finished the whole workout! Those pulses at the end killed me tho but I got through it and it will all be worth it! I wasn't able to work out for two days but know I'm going to be more consistent. Day 2: Workout felt productive and I felt it in my thighs, calves, and butt.
I'm going to start doing all these exercises for 2 months and then I'll tell you what I think. But today, the first time I did them, I feel much better, I feel healthier physically and spiritually. And I loved all the exercises

Your voice is nice and clear, your presentation is perfect where we can see every move you make, your background music is nice and at the perfect level and I love the timer you have set to let us know when it's time to start and stop. A lot of people make the background music so loud you can't hear them talk and some videos their exercises aren't as clear and precise.

alright this is my journey so far: day 1: only got 11 minutes in and was crying. my legs were so shaken up after though. i felt bad and did 50 squats . day 2: I FINISHED! I woke up sore which is good but now i’m going to take a ice bath because of those last pulses 😂. day 3: I was less sore today and the workouts are getting easier. My legs and booty feel firm and i see some indentation on my legs! 😍
Kristie Bennett just a tip , don’t do muscle workouts consecutively throughout the week . Give your muscles a day of rest in between , so that the workouts don’t become too easy and so your muscles can repair damaged fibers and grow.
I've been doing this for a month with backpack with weight and its so effective, I'm not tired like before, my glutes look lifted and my legs (thighs) look bigger, im amazed, for better results drink much water and eat healthy! 💪🏻🙏🏻

tracking everyday day one: the last part was impossible i could barely walk after day two: the whole day my butt and legs were in pain it felt easier but harder to do day three: break MY LEGS WERE KILLING ME AND MY BUTT HURT SO BADLY TO SIT my family was saying that my butt looked a little bit more toned and bigger😭 day 4: it felt so hard to do the excersizes after a rest my legs were still in pain but i finally did the 30 seconds at the end i love this workout because it makes me sweat always day 5: break day 6: i didn’t have a lot of motivation but i did the workout and it brought my motivation back afterwards i had really bad heart burn. day 7: break (i heard you should take breaks usually between each day) day 8: honestly it didn’t hurt as bad as i thought it would my balance is getting a lot better and i feel super motivated i can’t really tell if there’s a huge difference or not but i’ve lost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks and overall i feel a lot happier day 9: another break i don’t really feel so sore after each day anymore day 10: wow the workout goes by super fast it’s crazy i feel so good about myself obviously i don’t see crazy crazy results but you always gotta keep pushing yourself the end part is super easy now and i finally am doing all the excersizes right day 8: break day 9: another break because i’m sick day 10: still sick but i decided to do it drinking coffee 30 minutes before really helps give you motivation for it day 11: break day 12: break day 13: break i wasn’t feeling it at all and my friends came over day 14: finally got motivation back and it felt so good to workout again i’ve been eating poorly and it affected me the past two days my friends said my butt looked nice 🤞🏼 day 15: i decided no break today since i’ve been slacking a lil more i skipped one of the exercises at the end this workout honestly doesn’t feel like 20 minutes at all i feel so much better about my body day 16: break day 17: i literally can actually see the difference and not only that i feel so much better about myself thank you so much the 3rd to last excersize i can’t do so instead i do jumping jacks for 2 minutes i can feel the burn in my legs even more and it just feels amazing like i’m actually sweating to this workout, make sure you guys are taking breaks in between days to let your body rest i still do other physical activity’s as in riding my bike each day. day 18: break day 19: only did half wasn’t feeling it tdy day 20: felt insecure and did it and now i feel so much better abt myself sometimes it’s hard to do it but you really have to try and push yourself day 21: break day 22: it felt good and gave me a huge energy boost i have my sister watch me do it so i don’t give up on myself and it’s really been working good day 23: break day 24: felttt soo good I CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE day 25: went on a speed walk over bridge i could feel it in my stomach and butt a lot i think i’m gonna start doin that every night

Keep doing what you doing! Cellulite is a very natural thing. Things that can help, resistance training and certain foods. You might have to gooogle those foods because I’m not an expert in that. Hope this helps ❤️

It starts hurting and I give up😔 I really need to get muscle because I have a muscle imbalance and there’s barely any muscle in my left leg

Im in the middle of my 2nd pregnancy and I truly feel squatting helped prepare my body for labor the 1st time around because lower body strength is so so important during delivery! This one will definitely be in my weekly (maybe even twice weekly) routine!
And yes, my dr is definitely cool with me doing body weight/weighted exercises! Good for me and baby 💗

Not to be negative, I think setting a goal like this is great, however for maximum effectiveness you shouldn't be doing the same workout every day, changing things up/which part of the body you focus on will give your muscles enough time to recover and grow, also avoiding burn out

You're my favorite person to do guided workouts with. I feel like a lot of the time the "at-home workouts" just aren't challenging but you do different movements that really get all the muscles firing!!!

I’ll tell you what I got up today not in the mood to workout. Genuinely tired, sore, and crabby. I told myself I need to get up because I already had my rest day. Three workouts into this I was like “Man I just hate working out right now.” But I pushed through! And I swear when she said “Okay now for your last workout” I was like WAIT I DID IT?! You really need to push yourself on days you don’t wanna get up that’s when it counts the most. This is my second time doing this video and I love it! 🙌🏼

Legit. Been watching her for a while now. Not too much talking or distracting banter like a lot of people on here, which wastes my time. She gets right to it, and her workouts pack a punch in a short amount of time, and with strap variations. I'm feeling the burn!
Here are my updates on my progress!
Day 1: I finished the whole workout! Those pulses at the end killed me tho but I got through it and it will all be worth it!
I wasn't able to work out for two days but know I'm going to be more consistent.
Day 2: Workout felt productive and I felt it in my thighs, calves, and butt.

I would like to say thank you for doing such an excellent job of not only teaching us all these wonderful & well executed exercises but also for your excellent job of editing your video. Your voice is nice and clear, your presentation is perfect where we can see every move you make, your background music is nice and at the perfect level and I love the timer you have set to let us know when it's time to start and stop. A lot of people make the background music so loud you can't hear them talk and some videos their exercises aren't as clear and precise.

I do them once a week or so. I do a lot of yoga, but realize that my lower back and hips are the areas that do not seem to get strong enough and would love if you would offer such a workout ! This is great! Love it that we don’t need to repeat circuits! Could you also record a longer workout 40-60 min so that we don’t need to stay 3-4 workouts in a go

alright this is my journey so far: day 1: only got 11 minutes in and was crying. my legs were so shaken up after though. i felt bad and did 50 squats .
day 2: I FINISHED! I woke up sore which is good but now i’m going to take a ice bath because of those last pulses 😂. day 3: I was less sore today and the workouts are getting easier. My legs and booty feel firm and i see some indentation on my legs! 😍
Kristie Bennett just a tip , don’t do muscle workouts consecutively throughout the week . Give your muscles a day of rest in between , so that the workouts don’t become too easy and so your muscles can repair damaged fibers and grow.

I've been doing this for a month with backpack with weight and its so effective, I'm not tired like before, my glutes look lifted and my legs (thighs) look bigger, im amazed, for better results drink much water and eat healthy! 💪🏻🙏🏻

day one: the last part was impossible i could barely walk after
day two: the whole day my butt and legs were in pain it felt easier but harder to do
day three: break MY LEGS WERE KILLING ME AND MY BUTT HURT SO BADLY TO SIT my family was saying that my butt looked a little bit more toned and bigger😭
day 4: it felt so hard to do the excersizes after a rest my legs were still in pain but i finally did the 30 seconds at the end i love this workout because it makes me sweat always
day 5: break
day 6: i didn’t have a lot of motivation but i did the workout and it brought my motivation back afterwards i had really bad heart burn.
day 7: break (i heard you should take breaks usually between each day)
day 8: honestly it didn’t hurt as bad as i thought it would my balance is getting a lot better and i feel super motivated i can’t really tell if there’s a huge difference or not but i’ve lost 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks and overall i feel a lot happier
day 9: another break i don’t really feel so sore after each day anymore
day 10: wow the workout goes by super fast it’s crazy i feel so good about myself obviously i don’t see crazy crazy results but you always gotta keep pushing yourself the end part is super easy now and i finally am doing all the excersizes right
day 8: break
day 9: another break because i’m sick
day 10: still sick but i decided to do it drinking coffee 30 minutes before really helps give you motivation for it

day 13: break i wasn’t feeling it at all and my friends came over
day 14: finally got motivation back and it felt so good to workout again i’ve been eating poorly and it affected me the past two days my friends said my butt looked nice 🤞🏼
day 15: i decided no break today since i’ve been slacking a lil more i skipped one of the exercises at the end this workout honestly doesn’t feel like 20 minutes at all i feel so much better about my body
day 16: break
day 17: i literally can actually see the difference and not only that i feel so much better about myself thank you so much the 3rd to last excersize i can’t do so instead i do jumping jacks for 2 minutes i can feel the burn in my legs even more and it just feels amazing like i’m actually sweating to this workout, make sure you guys are taking breaks in between days to let your body rest i still do other physical activity’s as in riding my bike each day.

day 19: only did half wasn’t feeling it tdy
day 20: felt insecure and did it and now i feel so much better abt myself sometimes it’s hard to do it but you really have to try and push yourself

day 22: it felt good and gave me a huge energy boost i have my sister watch me do it so i don’t give up on myself and it’s really been working good

day 24: felttt soo good I CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE
day 25: went on a speed walk over bridge i could feel it in my stomach and butt a lot i think i’m gonna start doin that every night

But I'm still so happy with the results I'm seeing, it's always been really hard for me to grow muscles on my glutes, no matter how much I train them 😅

Keep doing what you doing! Cellulite is a very natural thing. Things that can help, resistance training and certain foods. You might have to gooogle those foods because I’m not an expert in that. Hope this helps ❤️
