@@user-gx1dc7iy7mit depends on what other goals you have kind of, I’ve been doing these because I’m weak in one of my legs so I’m adding to my physical therapy by hitting legs more and I’m definitely getting stronger. :)

Maddie, I do your workouts every day and I can notice just within a few weeks the improvement. I’m not out of shape at all, I’m just looking to get stronger. Some other workouts keep the focus on loosing weight. And I’m sure some people find that helpful, but what I love about you and your videos is that you make it accessible to people if all fitness levels! And makes everyone encouraged to do it along with you. Thank you so much Maddie, you are truly the greatest. ❤️

I really don't understand why the views of Maddies videos decreased so much lately :( For example, Pamela Reif also has around 5 or 6 million subscribers and each workout she posts reaches about 1 million or more views after only a few days or weeks and she doesn't even post as often as Maddie does. And the views of Maddies videos don't really correspond anymore to her - actually high - number of subscribers.
Kinda sad, because her content is so good, she is still my number one when it comes to fitness youtubers 🌚 🥇

personally I find Pamela’s videos more effective and challenging, still love Maddie but I feel she has stepped down her game and focused more on visual rather than the workout itself
@@davism8138 I think it all depends on your goals. When I want to have a fat burn cardio or HIT workout I go with pam. But maddies workouts are more for strength and Koordination. Pams workouts are tooo static for me (I trained with her for one year). Then I found madfit. I became fit with Pamela but doing 1000 glute bridge variations without weights doesnt make your booty grow^^

I've been struggling to feel the burn in my lower body recently but WOW after this I can't feel my legs 😂 Loved it, you are the best Maddie!
Been in decent shape the last few years but really struggling to “look like it”. Been trying dieting more but struggling with hypoglycemia. I honestly am fine with my weight. Just wanted to look firmer.

I've been doing home workouts since March 2020 (we all know why). I had a gym membership from 2011-last year. I was committed & determined. When gyms closed, I didn't want to lose my discipline so I got right on RUclips & found some workout channels that I've fallen in love with. I just found these videos/your channel this past weekend. Just did this video today & I LOVE it. I love the timer in the upper right corner to glance at if I am not directly facing my TV. I will definitely be subscribing & using your material. I started to begin my workout for my fitness regime in Sept 2020. I was 80 kilograms at that time (sorry, I don't use pound thing hehe). My height is 165cm/5'3. To be honest, I began to feel lazy to workout because I cant see any difference yet at that time but I keep pushing my limit. Fyi, I dont eat healthy food so much, just making the portion small. And yeah, now, May 2021 my weight is 66/67 kgs! No words cant describe how grateful I am for this moment :') Thanks so so so much for your great video & tips & motivations, Maddie. Just carry on with this superb fantastic brilliant channel, i'll be your number 1 supporter!

I just started my weight loss journey a month ago and have been doing mostly cardio. Yesterday was my first official leg workout day and I did this and today I'm dying and walking around like an old lady.😅
Love the fast paced workouts. Also love that it was easy to use weights or resistance bands where I wanted to make it more difficult. 👍

I don't know whether I love it or hate it but I was sore after it. I'll keep trying to get my legs higher and my squats better! Day 2 of 20!
Day 3 of 20 and I keep going. I don't go at the same pace as you do but I do try to improve. It is so good for balance as well.

I liked this but can you make more side lying for inner out thighs on floor. I like your low impact lower body. Also maybe a floor quad workout with leg lifts?

Day 10 of the challenge. I still find the backward lunges on my right side the most challenging! I have a knee injury there from many years ago.
I shouldn't have left this 2 weeks before returning to this workout but other things got in the way. I must carry on with my 20 day challenge from here.

My legs are week. When I lie down on my back and stretch my legs points toes to ceiling, it shakes and shakes aggressively. What do you think how long I should be able to recover or strengthen my legs if I do this 15 minutes twice a day?

Love that 15min. I can do in my living room while my baby sleeps and my older play. I'm doing in it 3x a week and other 3x I do Elliptical and arms. How many weeks should I do those exercises and changed to more hard ones?
