Not even 4 months ago, this workout was the hardest routine I had ever done. Now, after doing it maybe a total of 10 times, some only the first round, I can finally do the whole thing with ease. I am so happy and proud with my progress!

I’m super skinny and I’ve been doing your workouts since quarantine’s started and I got from 47kg to 50kg and it’s extremely difficult for me to build muscle and put on weight, I look a lot more toned and my butt is poppin’ ❤️❤️
Grace Thomas I haven’t done this video specifically, I do her workouts with weights and resistance bands and it took about 2 and a half months to see results
Catalina Fernandez I workout 5 times a week, monday and thursday I workout my lower body, Wednesdays I do a hiit workout and a total body wo, tuesdays and fridays I workout my upper body, I usually workout 40-50 min and I only do her workouts that include dumbbells or resistance bands! I'm approaching the one year mark of breaking my ankle, which happened while playing my leg focused sport (roller derby). I've been easing back into practice the past several months. My injured leg is super weak compared to pre injury/my non injured leg. I've really been struggling to rehab and strengthen my leg on my own, especially in terms of motivation. This was a very approachable workout for me ("only 15 minutes? I can do that...") and quite similar to our HIIT workouts at practice. Doing it with you helped give me the structure and guidance that feels so difficult to initiate on my own. Thank you for getting me moving!
Oh my gosh the jumps killed me! I feel like I’m going to pass out and I do your workouts on a regular basis! I guess I’m more out of shape than I realized 😳. Thank you for doing what you do, Maddie!
Maddie's videos have become my favorite. She is super calm with good energy and despite being a pro, you can tell even some of her workouts challenge her. She feels the burn with us. That's a compliment, not a diss. I really don't enjoy the workout videos where the woman looks like a robot with zero perspiration haha. Go Maddie, keep up the awesome content!
I’ve been doing this for a week now and today is the day where I finally was able to do the whole video! Slay I’m so proud of myself and thank you so much for this :)
This is by far the best Workout and Fitness channel I´ve ever seen. This video and all the others Maddie makes, are a whole truth that there´s no need to spend hours (and $$) at a gym; everything can be done at home, save from deceases, from going out of home, at the very safer place you can have. But definetively besides Maddies´ videos all we need is the CDDE (Constancy, Discipline, Determination and Enjoyment). Congratulations not only for this video but also for all the others you´ve made Maddie!!!!! Give only likes to this video and to this channel please!!!!!
OMG, tis day of the january challange is a killer. I didn't made it to the end of this video (did half of it) but I'm proud of myself and my legs are shaking💗

Maddie these leg workouts are so awesome!!! This is my third day doing your intense leg workouts and I’ve already seen results! Ive lost motivation but thankfully your channel has brought it back to me!! ❤️
Ive said it before but I'll say it again. This is THE best leg workout out there. My legs have changed shape so much. Tried everything before running walking (whilst these obviously help) this work out is a game changer
I've been working out with your videos over a year now and never had I ever come across a leg workout as intense as this one up until today. Even though I cursed the whole universe during this session, I feel so much stronger now and I thank you for that Maddie.
This is the most intense painful leg workout iv'e ever done. I do 3 rounds of it and it almost kills me. I can bench 250 lbs and could formerly squat 210 x10 but this is ridiculous hard!!
I love this and I love that you say things like don't stop, etc...keeps me pumped and going...I wish you made some videos without music...people can play their own and still hear you.
This was awesome! I'm 69 and have not been to the gym since March and I was sweating!!! I need this type of work out - I can tell the difference in the strength that I am losing in y legs, abs, arms. I will make this one a daily workout!!! I hope you have more workouts!!!!
after 7 years of figure skating and countless single, double, and triple jumps, plus multiple rotations of spins you’d think my legs would be metal right? well no. my legs are literally shaking rn and i’m laying on the floor
First day! I got tired and stopped after 7-8 minutes but I did get to go my arm workout fully!! Will try to workout every other day to not tire myself. Thank you!! This felt great!

WHEW this workout is no joke! Stopped doing it for a month... just did it again and I’ve been so sore for 3 days 😂🔥🔥🔥
I’ve been doing this for a week now and today is the day where I finally was able to do the whole video! Slay I’m so proud of myself and thank you so much for this :)
Thx for a new vid! I will defo do this tommorow cuz I’ve already done my workout today!
Your leg workouts are always awesome!
Never ceases to amaze me how just 15 mins on legs are a killer.
Thanks 💕 Linda
There are at least 10 people that are saying they are first and ı dont get it do you get a reward for that
I don’t understand how anyone has enough care in them to even comment that
@@027dramaqueen hahahahah i feel this

I LOVE this workout and I can see a difference just three weeks into incorporating this into my programme!
Perfect workout. So hard you can pretend you're crying because of it and not your life problems. Totally recommend
@fitnessa I'm shocked by how her workouts have changed my body. I found her by accident and loved her workouts but never expected this much progress. Doing this for life!
I keep coming back to this workout, It's challenging but fun! Love this one Maddie! ❤️
Maddie these leg workouts are so awesome!!! This is my third day doing your intense leg workouts and I’ve already seen results! Ive lost motivation but thankfully your channel has brought it back to me!! ❤️
anyone has oxygen?? I don't even know what the hell is oxygen anymore
Ive said it before but I'll say it again. This is THE best leg workout out there. My legs have changed shape so much. Tried everything before running walking (whilst these obviously help) this work out is a game changer
Took me about an hour to do this one. I swear I took a break like 50 times! Great workout!!!
I was just literally waiting for it
Thank u😍😁
Samez!
same!
Same here!
I am so excited I’m trying to get my tilt bc I have the flexibility but not the muscle I’m gonna try to do this every day thank you!! 💕
Love you so much your the only one keeping me healthy in quarantine
"Love you" loooooool....
Holy cow. I’m out of breathe in a good way. & legs are jello. So proud I actually did the whole thing. Feeling empowered. Thanks Maddie
Omg lol - I had to take a couple days off but this got me right back in the swing of things! Sweating like a beach. Thank you!!
This was 👍..I'm doing the January workout. I never did it before ! Thanks
That was intense! But i'm super proud of myself and anyone who is reading this for getting through this workout 👏🏽💙
First day! I got tired and stopped after 7-8 minutes but I did get to go my arm workout fully!! Will try to workout every other day to not tire myself. Thank you!! This felt great!
wowwww.. LADIES MAKE SURE YOU'RE WARMED UP!! this one's the real deal. I love and hate you at the same time Maddie hahaha xoxo
This is my go to leg work out. It really works. Thanks Maddie.
I love your videos SO much, thank you for making them and motivating us!!
Not going to lie I was calling you every name in the book but you’re workouts are awesome!!! Never been so exhausted so quickly.
i LOVE this!!! there was only one 30 sec round of squats that i had to skip, otherwise i kept up with the whole thing!! ^_^
Lunge with raising the leg - it's absolutely impossible to stay alive. Killing workout! I'm so proud I've done it despite resting more than Maddie)
No way was this 15 min! I can barely walk now
No pain no gain
Thankyou!
I need more of this!! a Hiit but also sculpting workout. For arms and shoulders to target my whole body! I loveyou Maddy!!!!
Omg this is soooooo hard. But I love when the workouts are harder bc it inspires me to not stop
I am so grateful I came across your channel last year, you are an amazing human being! Thank you for all the videos you've been posting and for all the good vibes you've been sending. The variety of your workouts is inspiring, and everybody can pick something that suits their preferences. Sending much love and blessings to you, girl! Keep inspiring!
