Hope you guys enjoyed this dancer inspired thigh workout! Who felt the burn? 👇🏼🔥 Thank you so much for all your love and support! Much more to come from me ❤️ - Maddie
WOW amazing! I do ballet but i have not gone to dance school for two moths because of the corona virus pandemic. So, thank you Maddie for making my home feel like my very one dance studio. Love you
For those of you hoping for results,: I have been consistently doing this workout about 3-4 times a week for the past 2-3 weeks and I feel stronger and my legs are more toned. My butt has gotten rounder and fuller and my calves have really gotten more shape to them. Be consistent and do what you can, the best you can. Keep at it, you’ll get there :)
Paula Camacho It will help tone and build a small amount of muscle (depends really on if ur a beginner & eating enough protein) It wont necessarily give you bigger/smaller thighs on its own tho.
I decided to get clean and sober 8 months ago and, since getting out of a treatment center, I have done at least one of your workouts every morning. I have not renewed my gym pass in a year now... and I am in the best shape and have more energy now then I ever have at 37 years old!!! Thanks so much for being a part of my journey to wellness!!! I just recently started the 500 rep ab challenge you posted and surprisingly (on the first try) I could get through the whole thing!!!😇🥰👊🙏
i’ve noticed that my motivation to keep going is her calm, peaceful tone. idk if it’s just her, but like i respond physically better to her saying “don’t drop that leg” to people being like “keep going!!” real loud and i really appreciate it 😁🥳 i plan on doing this along w other workouts to get me toner and in shape and i’m excited !!
SAME! I love her style and not the typical rushing “jumping jacks now!” Those really demotivate me, but she is very calming, especially in this video! 🙃
Hi all, I thought I’d leave a feedback since I’ve been doing this routine for five months and it is long overdue. I’m 47, try to eat healthy and exercise regularly (low impact). High intensity routines are not for me, so I was looking for leg exercises without the jumps. This is exactly what I needed. I’ve been doing it five days a week (together with other 10 minutes arms and abs) and have seen very good results, toning and lean without bulk muscles. Now, after five months, I’m mixing it up with some of her other leg exercises as I think I’ve gained enough strength to challenge myself more. I also wanted to mention that apart from her beauty which is evident, Maddie gives a very good vibe, calm, confident and kind. Thank you Maddie for creating this routine for all of us who either cannot attend a gym during these times, or simply like to work out from home. And to anyone else reading this, keep practicing even if a couple of times a week; and don’t be hard on yourself if you miss a day, you can always start again. Remember that no efforts ever go to waste. Happy New Year 2021.
Hi girl, quick question does this make your legs bulky becuase I want stronger legs but I dont want them to be bulky, also did you butt gwy bigger because that is anthor thing I dont want. Thanks
@@ezdmyreyes2765 this routine didn't give me bulky muscles, nor did it make my butt bigger. It gives your legs some definitions and it accentuates the gap between the thighs I would say. From personal experience, if you are not using heavy weights on your legs and you avoid doing the squat challenges, then you'll develop lean and long muscle. Yet, I would recommend some squats and lunges for toning. I hope this helps.
@@ezdmyreyes2765 You are welcome. For stronger legs I practice Maddie's workout "15 MIN AT HOME LEG/BUTT/THIGH WORKOUT (No Equipment)". I alternate every other day between these two workouts. I don't move as fast as she does, yet I feel the muscles engaging and working just the same.

Me: I'm literally laying down, what's the worse that can happen?
Me during leg circles: WHY IS THIS HAPPENING WHY AM I SO UNFIT?
my dog kept trying to eat my feet during the leg circles 😂😂
I- what- your dog is a veryy strange dog 😳
my cat was doing the same thing
haha, mine finally gave up watching me, and went to bed. I warm up by walking her.
hahaha!
My cat was trying to catch my feet😂
This is honestly one of my favorites! I do it a lot! I tried it with a resistance band today... that was brutal lol. Thank you Maddie for all your free content!
I really should visit this more often as I really felt the burn this morning and was encouraged by your advice all the way through.
love that we were on our backs/sides for most of this!
I keep coming back to this one! It’s my favorite “no motivation” workout. Thank you for this!!!
I am 100% convinced in the ninth circle of hell all you do is leg circles because im dead
I have hip injuries so this was challenging but I’m going to keep doing it. So glad I found your page
Do take it easy
I have osteoarthritis in both knees and was able to do these. So much fun!
Been doing MadFit workouts for three months. This workout had me closing my eyes as I was trying to power through without quitting. Great workout!
I absolutely adore this floor routine, it is one of the best I have found on RUclips. I started adding it to my morning workouts twice a week. Thank you so much!
I’m really trying to get the hour glass shape in quarantine and you and chloe ting are literally AMAZING!!! I’ve been doing both of your workouts for three days and I’m starting to feel way better about myself!💖
I'm so obsessed with this workout, perfection!
She’s so inspiring and I love her energy!!! It really makes me happy during these times!!
Always love a workout that’s under 20 mins. Easy to fit in any time then. 👌
Holy Cow Maddy!
I loved this one. As a runner, I am always trying to find more options to help strengthen my legs. Your workouts have helped me with ab burns, leg strengthening, and endurance training through your HIIT. I love your outfits and routines.
I'm a runner too, and Maddie has also helped me!
One of my favorite workouts that I add onto other workouts often! Love how effective it is while being easy on the knees!
I used to dance ballet but haven’t done so in over a year. Man, did I forgot about those muscles... :D Thanks for the nice workout!
You're doing an amazing job! I never worked out before, only started last week and follow your exercises every dayI My legs feel a little shaky right now lol. I'm turning 53 next month and want to get rid of some fatty problem zones on my body; I lost 7-8 kgs since quarantine began and have loose skin. I hope I can burn some of that fat when I'm further evolved with the exercises. Thank you for inspiring people and especially women, keep up the good work!
I’d love to see more warm up workouts! Especially no jumping ones! And thanks for all the effort you’re putting on these videos
how does she (especially her hair) look so good every after workouts?? i look like shit when i'm at the end of the workouts...
It's bc shes a ✨ ballerina ✨
I’ve enjoyed all your workouts so far, but loved this one. I felt the burn where I don’t normally feel it! You are wonderful
Old but gold, this is one of my favourite workouts ever! Maybe because it's on the floor and it's for the thighs (my biggest insecurity) and booty haha. The newer video is also incredible, but this one is close to my heart. Thanks so much, Maddie!
Really enjoyed doing this with the addition of a band around my thighs, just above my knees. Thanks!
A lot of these same movements helped me during my physical therapy and will help with any imbalances!
Maddieee😍 just put on my workout clothes and your timing is PERFECT
oof the burn!
ikr
Weil if I have already learned one thing out of the January Challenge it’s that my room is way too small for doing all these excercices properly hahaha
I had to move into my enclosed porch that isn’t used during the winter 😂
@@emilyh7621 😭 well at least we can say we did everything to stay fit!!😂

I had hip surgery and knee surgery over the past few months so I’m always looking for not weight bearing exercises so this is perfect to supplement my rehab!

Omg this really works guys,I’ve been doing some of her workouts for the past week and a half and my thighs have gotten stronger and reduced just a bit.Ive been mainly doing her full body workouts and thigh workouts and they’re actually effective!
this work out is brilliant ! I've never felt so much strength in my muscles
I had my speed at 0.75x and I was like “why is she talking so slow?” UNTIL I REALIZED THAT I HAD IT ON THAT SPEED LMAOO
😂😂 OMG
LMAOOOOOO that is seriously something I would do hahahaha I've done that but had it too fast and I was thinking "is it me or does it sound weird?" XD

All your workouts are excellent simplicity at its best, clear without too much talk! Great job! Thank you!
your „tadaa“ in the end is adorable 🥺🥺
My thighs are exactly what I’ve needed to work on, this is perfect!
Thanks so much for making these! I had a hard time in Covid lockdown (a whole year in my county) and I wanted to get into shape, no other workouts helped, these have! Ive gained so much muscle and lost so much fat already and I am only a 1-2 months in. Thank you!
I have been trying out different thigh workouts and this is by far the best one!
I love your workouts, your voice is so lovely and calming! The speed and strength is just right and I just rest for 30 seconds if it's really getting too much! Thank you so much, I actually look forward to doing them (especially when they're lying down, my cat comes to join in too!) xx
FINISHED DAY 12 OF THE JANUARY CHALLENGE

I LOVE it! A couple of years ago, I almost lost my leg to a nasty infection. They actually talked about amputating. These workouts help me build strength and mobility. THANK YOU!

This workout was sooooo HARD!!! I loved it! Thanks Maddy! You really know how to keep people in shape during quarantine!!! 😉😁☺️
MA’AM THANK YOU FOR YOUR CHANNEL
I think this is one of my favorite workouts yet!! The burn is insane, but it’s just perfect that you can push through it! So glad I found this one! Your workouts have been life changing for me so just wanted to say a huge thank you!!
I really appreciate your videos, they have been such a positive influence on my life both for my physical health and especially my mental health. So thank you from the other side of the world.
